In the last few hours alone they've said Arsenal are signing Neto, Nico Williams and Ollie Watkins. Though Ollie Watkins is also going to Liverpool. And Chelsea. Trent is going to Madrid, Haaland wants to go to Barca, and we're buying McTominay.

They're a prolific bullshit factory. If you want to get upset about transfer rumours, at least wait for a half-credible source.

I think part of it is that generally the club have shut down a lot of information coming out of the club so journalists aren't getting the sort of leaks they could rely on in the past. This could be why you see lots of stuff about other clubs lining up players and not very much about what Spurs are doing. Good for the club but obviously less good for those of us starved of news.

Fair enough. They have had previous interest in him though and need cover for saka (and his limp) so I don’t think it’s a wild stab in the dark to think they’d be interested.
