Liverpool are an obvious destination at face value but I guess it really depends on several factors for them. Who the next manager is, if Salah leaves and who + when they appoint a new DoF as their current one is leaving/left.
I’m really not convinced that club would commit to such a large transfer until those three question marks have been dealt with. So i can certainly see the time frame of Neto moving playing a factor in regards to their interest. Ie, if its a deal that drags on all summer then they could well be serious candidates for his signature but if its something that gets done in the first few weeks then maybe not so much.
This is it really, Liverpool will be in a transition period and who know's what formation the next coach plays. If its Alonso for example, as is widely assumed, he mostly plays a 3421 with two AM's, Wertz and Hofman, behind the striker rather then inverted wingers. Yes it does swap to more of a 424 when in possession but still he doesn't really play wingers so their need for Neto is reduced considerably if he were to go there. Frimpong, their RB plays the more traditional winger role (with Wertz often sitting wide left) and i'd expect maybe TAA to fulfil the same duties for Pool. Of course Alonso may change his tactics for Liverpool as 433 is ingrained into their DNA but Alonso already changed BL into a 3421 from a 442 which came before and he doesn't seem the type to shy away from stamping his own ethos onto a team. Also if he did stay with a 433 he might want a different type of WF. Essentially its not a forgone conclusion that even if Salah where to leave that they would want another WF to replace him. Of course they might go for someone like De Zerbi insted but until they have their next manager in place I really struggle to see them committing to any large transfers.Yeah with Klopp going, we might have the edge over Liverpool.
Might be between us and Arsenal.
I think a lot will depend on Wolves ffp issues. There have been quite a few reports that they are standing on unsteady ground in that regard, its one of the reason's they are supposedly willing to sell Neto in the first place, so with that in mind without selling him they probably wont be able to do any business for themselves. Until he goes that is. If any sale drags on all summer it could hinder their own start to the campaign. Im not suggesting it will be easy or will be tied up quickly but I'm not sure I can see this dragging on all summer as I think it would actually be in Wolves best interest for it to be done relatively quickly as long as a suitable offer is made. Can't see any way a deal for Neto gets done quickly unless it's a massive amount that Wolves can't turn down.

Depends if they need the money for FFP before the accounting period ends in July. If that’s the case we might be able to get something done. Can't see any way a deal for Neto gets done quickly unless it's a massive amount that Wolves can't turn down.
Unless Liverpool hires Xabi Alonso. He's the type that players would like to play for - from what I see.
I would love for Neto to come but if he picks Liverpool, I wouldn't be bothered and not going to burn Levy's head.
Arsenal however.....
They have form with wolves players and if he gets on well with Jota that could be a factor.I think he joins Liverpool to be honest but I'd love him here. Ready made.
I think they cash in on Salah to Saudi and bring in Neto to replace him. They have form with wolves players and if he gets on well with Jota that could be a factor.
I don't see him going to arsenal due to Saka being one of the first names on the team sheet. (However big his ego is he must see that...)
Think they owe us a favour after taking Doherty from them…I think he joins Liverpool to be honest but I'd love him here. Ready made.
Alonso plays a 3421 system with inside forwards. He wouldn’t really have room for Neto and would be more likely to go for inside forwards or attacking mids.

Depends how much weight they put in their DoF's vision but we can only hope. This is it really, Liverpool will be in a transition period and who know's what formation the next coach plays. Ah. Good point. Couldn't buy a Big Mac from this guy without it turning into a mess.getting this done quick/early might be a bit ambitious, especially considering Mendes is involved
