Paul Robinson ripped apart Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen after his performance in the 1-1 draw with Everton on Sunday.

For one player to be losing possesion of the ball 16 times in one match is crazy.

And he's bloody well right. Eriksen's stats v Everton were utterly pathetic, but the buck stops with Poch who keeps picking him.

And this is not a one-off, there have been a number of games this season where his lost possession stat has been atrocious.

Now’s the time to throw Lo Celso in. He needs minutes & he needs Poch to tell him he’s the main man from now on.

12 times in the first half and 4 in the second. Definitely improving.

Dele's performance was on a similar level IMO until he popped up with the goal.

Just seen some stats......he had zero
Take-ons, shots, chances created, interceptions and tackles.

Symptomatic of our current malaise?? I would say so.
Time to try someone else Poch.

I would have absolutely no problem if he never starts in a Spurs shirt again.
Squad is getting back to full health.
As above, time for Lo Celso to start.
Would prefer Dele to be given a good 10 game run to get rhythm and form back
Even Sess to add width with NDombele further forward.
Awesome on his day, a huge part of the upturn in Spurs fortunes but
We all know Eriksen doesn’t have a future here, and he’s adding nothing to justify a present either.

Is Eriksen perhaps being risk adverse because he knows that he's heading for free agent status and is worried about injury?

think that he will be eased out IF GLC can get and stay fit (watch out for that Brazil friendly) and Lamela can get and stay fit.

But am with many of you - I love Poch and want him to stay BUT the two biggest issues I have are the picking of CE (even with the injuries!) and Aurier over the now fit Foyth (would have said KWP but according to Herc he hasn't been doing well in training)

But C E - time to go

I don't understand the view that Poch may be trying to play him into form?!
What the fuck for? He's leaving ffs.
I can understand wanting to play Dele into form (as long as it's in his best position) but why play Eriksen through an extended run of bad form? So he can get his mojo back in time for his new club?!

I actually can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I can’t wait for Eriksen to get the fuck out of my club!

Not sticking up for Eriksen but he's not the only one. I think he's being called out due to his contract situation. I actually find it worse that some have signed new contracts and are playing just as bad if not worse than him

I'm not sure, I think it's because of the high standards he's previously set, which makes his fall seem so big.
Ok, we are not playing well as a team but for me, Eriksen has stood out for a long time. I cant think of anyone else who has been so consistently poor, for so long.

That’s the thing, for all the ‘contract issues’ with Verts and Toby at least they’ve been half decent considering they’ve had no protection in front of them and put in a shift when picked.

It has been obvious for a while that he shouldn’t be playing. Drop him and get rid. Sick of him.
