I didn't actually - sorry ! Thought confirmed on Sky was good enough for Spurs chat.

I thought we saved Stoof Stamp for when confirmed on club site

Am I the only one a bit underwhelmed? To be fair I don't know much about him I just get the impression he's good for a spammer rather than good for us. My fear is he gets in ahead of sandro and everyone forgets how good sandro is and starts believing he's not been playing well. If he's back up then fair enough

Good signing, Shouldn't be anywhere near sandro's spot though.

We have to see how good Sandro is when he comes back, it might take him a good few weeks to be anywhere back to his best.

My predictions now the domino's have started:

Out
Palacios - Stoke
Crouch - QPR

In
Hulk

I am underwhelmed, is it two or three times he turned us down?

There's a lot of negativity over this.

We're signing the writers player of the year for, reportedly, about £6-7m at a time when we are SEVERELY lacking a ballwinner in midfield. No he's not one for the future and he'll have virtually no re-sale value but along with Adebeyor and a CB could be the diff between 5th and 4th

We have/had Palacios, we paid 12 million for him.

We have/had Palacios, we paid 15 million for him.

Who is

a. Injured
b. Inconsistent
c. Not a scratch on Parker offensively

Nothing against Palacios - top fella, sadly hit by personal tradegy directly connected to his success. Good luck to him but we're definitely trading up (albeit for perhaps 2-3 years).

If he was worth anywhere near that £14m he wouldn't be going to Stoke for something like £6m rising to £8m

So much for sticking by the player and giving him the support he needs.

Well I think the club and fans have and there were games well after that happened where he was excellent. But it's not as if he's being fired is it ? He's getting a new job at another club. Indeed, he may feel it's a fresh start as he may well associate many of his worst memories of the event with being at WHL. Like many people move house/location after personal tragedies

I really hope Liverpool don't sign Bellamy

If they do then I think they'll beat us to 4th
