Not sure how many on here are on twitter or notice this but it's been bothering me a lot more than it probably should.

For the past 4 or 5 games, whoever runs our twitter has been tweeting pre-game stats that ALWAYS come back to haunt us.

Off the top of my head:

"Liverpool have never beaten us in normal time in the LC" before the Liverpool game last week.

"We're looking to keep three clean sheets in the CL for the first time" tonight before tonight's game.

Something along the lines of "Bayer Leverkusen has never collected a point against an English team" before the last game v them.

Why do they keep doing this? Is it really necessary? They do it all the time and it backfires every single time. They have to be trolling as they get a barrage of complaints in twitter every time they do it.

Whoever it is needs to be sacked and put in the poorhouse in time for Xmas for encouraging that god awful 'hold up your phone like a teenage girl at a bieber concert' idea. Embarassing

What's cringey is before every match they post something to the effect of : who will score our first goal

For a team that couldnt score in a brothel that's just a bit embarrassing

Those facebook "GOAL!!!" pictures are awful. Will never like them, sometimes I have thought even stop liking Tottenham Hotspur facebook page 'cause they are so fucking awful.

And I hate that Spurs commentator in Spurs videos. Just wanted to say that. ;)

I know it's silly but it does wind me up too. Just gives ammo to take the piss out of us about when things can/do go wrong. Obviously it ultimately has no bearing on the performance or result but the ones that are kind of a humble brag are the annoying ones.

I wonder if they'll use real current facts like:

"no wins in 6"

"no open play goals in 5 games (however many minutes)"

"have only won once at the emirates in 10 years"

There can't be too many positive ones to find for this Sunday anyway...

Even worse than the pre-game stats was the recent batch of twitter video clips of goals "scored" in the warm-up before the match - you know, when there's no opposition...

Embarrasing enough anyway, but even worse when we are having problems scoring in the actual game.

Used to do my head in when we'd get twatted under AVB and Spurs would ignore it and post unrelated positive bullshit on facebook in the days after.

I think the club should spend less time on social media gimmicks, and more time sorting out their club shop making sure orders do not get lost in the mail:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Anywho, as I was saying. The club should spend less time on gimmicks, more time on genuinely good content, like streaming youth games

could be worse, it could be Arsenal.

Mid-game polls about which sub should come on next is a particular gem.:D
