He is obviously very ‘content’ with himself. Smug b*****d!View attachment 149023
Huh... not a journalist, a Content creator.
And he declares things - on behalf of the club? Is he an "official source"?
Or just a football fan who creates content for clicks?
David Ornstein revealed Tottenham’s view is and continues to remain Postecoglou is the right man for their project.

Sorry Ornstein but that is a board fed propaganda piece imo.
It's only a different strategy if they fully back him, otherwise it's the same strategy with a different manager type.
If it is board fed then one assumes that the bit about Ange still being the man for the job is accurate and we can all see that youth is clearly the direction that we'll be sticking with for now.Sorry Ornstein but that is a board fed propaganda piece imo.

I dunno mate, he’s a pretty respected journo . BBC for years then followed the money to the Athletic.I don't even think it's that, it's just another internet attention whore making up a story with a polar (or at least worded that way) view of the situation, claiming it to be "fact", to get a rise out of those who believe otherwise - again, with zero evidence or source to confirm or refute the story and it doesn't make any claims that warrant an official, or even unofficial, argument.
Just fill them inches.
Indeed but it's not a new strategy, and it's not one that has worked in the past. Buying the best young talent is great but unless you fill in around that with experienced quality it'll come to nothing. Those youngsters grow up, they improve year on year and they leave because they can't fulfil their aspirations where they are.If it is board fed then one assumes that the bit about Ange still being the man for the job is accurate and we can all see that youth is clearly the direction that we'll be sticking with for now.
If you are looking seriously at bringing in Rashford you have learnt nothing about why we are where we are.I don't have a problem with the path the club is taking, I just wish they were more open and informative about it as I think it could help dampen expectations to a more realistic level amongst some of the fanbase.
I see people turning their nose up at Rashford in another thread with some saying we shouldn't be taking players on their way down, do these people not realise that top players on their way up are not going to come to Tottenham? We are just not at the required level to compete for these players.
Kane (Homegrown) Modric (Punt from a foreign league) Bale (Youngster punt) I could go on in my opinion 3 truly World class players that have passed through our club, none were purchased.
Even the great Ferguson at Man utd greatest years were produced by homegrown talents.

Yes, definitely agree with needing experience to complement the youth.Indeed but it's not a new strategy, and it's not one that has worked in the past. If nothing changes then nothing will change.
