Bad luck. I can't even put it down to lack of experience for you as I've used it many times and I've not even got into a queue at all yet

There was quite a few when I got in around 1415, but I got a few errors trying to add to the basket as they were being snapped up.

Been to pretty much every Europa League home game this season and now i'm stuck in 18000 position with an ETA of getting in to see all tickets are gone of 1530 :(

Don't really know what happened today. I couldn't get in an early queue but my Son did and got tickets quite easily but I left my queue to run as I was confused by what had happened and although I was 20 to 30 k , I did get in and there were lots left. All very odd ( as it often is) .

Got in at 240, singles in the south stand. Couples together in the north and east stand as of now still on a high row, had some in my basket but got logged out so now back in the queue.

Not overly fussed about missing out if I'm not in the South Stand anyway. Crazy how much demand has picked up for this one game

I got in around 2.20 - 2.25. Beware that when it comes to your turn I got a message saying my session had timed out and it requested I logged in again.

I thought that’s it I’ve missed the boat but on logging back in on session time out it logged me straight back in so it was a huge relief and fortunately I was able to get two tickets as we’re both One Hotspur+ members.

Good luck everyone else in your efforts trying I hope you’re successful getting tickets 🤞, as a tip don’t be put off by that session time out message. There seemed to be plenty there but that was about an hour ago.

Hi everyone,

Not sure where the best place to post would be but I've been given 4 tickets for the game Sunday. 2 x adults, 1 x young adult and 1 x senior. I've had the 4 tickets transferred to my CRN. I'm going to take my little boy to his first game and was told he could use the senior ticket?

In total there are 3 adults and 1 child who are going to the game. Does anyone know what I can do please? I currently have what I've mentioned above but actually need 1 x junior and 3 x adult.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Is it all digital and on your phone mate? As I go with my 9 year old and nobody takes any notice of anything. As long as the q code is valid they just scan it and let you in. Same at the turnstile section. You’ll be fine 👍

Don’t think you’ll have any issue with adult/senior as all digital.
From this Sunday - Palace game - Junior tickets will only work on certain turnstiles (with 2 games to go suddenly decided to clamp down on adults buying kids tickets!)

Yes, interesting that they suddenly do this and quite right too. The really interesting one will be if at some point next season they introduce live QR codes which will stop people screen shotting and passing on to other. Personally as a ST holder I'd be more than happy for them to do that and then watch the chaos at the first game it's introduced!
