Quite often they update quite late. Either tonight or tomorrow morning. I’d probably just wait and see. If it’s not sorted by lunchtime, get to the ticket office and they’ll sort it. Queues are usually not too bad if you get there an hour or so before kick off.

Yup. I joined the queue and was estimated around 10:30 but I refreshed at 10:05 and was straight on the site. I didn't receive the "it's your turn" email that I normally do either.

Not sure if it's just a glitch but at the moment there are loads of singles for both Chelsea and Fulham, and for Fulham loads of pairs of tickets listed on the exchange to buy.

Bit odd given that the usual member sale only happened this week, so not sure if the purchase would actually go through (already got the tickets i wanted in the normal sale), but i added a couple to my basket and it all seemed to work up to that point.

Not a glitch for Fulham - there’s loads of railway engineering work going on that weekend.

What has changed is that ST's can choose to put their tickets on the exchange from the start of the season , so once the members sale is over the exchange opens and those who may have decided in August they couldn't make the Chelsea match their tickets will be amongst the first on offer.

5.1 Ticket Exchange Opening

Season Ticket Holders will be able to list their seat for any of the 19 home Premier League games, at the Club’s discretion, from the start of the season.

The platform will open for purchases, also at the Club’s discretion, following the completion of the on-sale process to Members and once tickets available from the Club have sold out, allowing earlier access to tickets for Members who were unsuccessful in the initial on-sale process.
