Why the fuck is this on at 6pm? It's not enough that I can't watch it because I can't afford BT, but now I can't even listen to it, because I'm working and commuting home?

Fingers in your ears and steer clear of this place and social media until you can watch the highlights on the telly later on?

Probably a dumb question but are we playing in our 3rd kit tonight? So looking forward seeing the lads in it

Yep, the third kit appears to be our European away kit. Chelsea Inter and PSG all doing the same.

I'm normally well clued up on a lot of European teams and I realised I have no idea about Olympiakos. Checked them out and had no idea that is where Valbuena went to, other than that I know some of the names but very little else. Anybody in here got any knowledge on the team and recent displays.

Barcelona played with the same colour and template yesterday. Just that their collar was überugly in comparison.

Edit: They looked blue-ish yesterday at my friend's tv. Looking at pictures today they look more like our third kit last season. :pompous:

If this kicked off at 8pm our time, that would be 10pm local time. Not particularly fair on the locals to make it such a late kick-off.

I can understand why they've made the decision to stagger certain kick-offs.

Football and basketball games routinely start at 21.45 or 22.00 in Greece, so it should be no issue.
Actually 8 o'clock is kinda early for us nightowls.
Meanwhile, it's a terribly hot day in Athens.

Probably a good thing for us given the usual atmosphere at the stadium. Let's hope the early start limits it a bit.

Not seen them play. But they've won their three league games so far, and most of their qualifiers for the CL, just one draw. Sent Krasnodar, Basaksehir (turkish team with lot of well know names), and Viktoria Plzen out of the qualifiers.

I assume algerian veteran Soudani and the a couple of years ago much hyped portugese wide man Daniel Podence to be danger men up front. Experienced internationals from Greece, Morocco, Algeria and Norway (former PL/City and Hull player Omar Elabdellaoui) in the side.

I loath playing against European teams we know little to nothing about. It's weird to go in with no fear, but still with the thought that they could be far stronger than expected. It's a really weird position to be in as a fan.

Very strong team that should beat Olympiakos comfortably no disrespect to them

I feel for KWP, looks like it will be the same kind of season for him

Also a 7 man bench. I guess we are not allowed a 12 man bench. Also appears its Toby at RB

Delighted that Dele is starting.

Fully expect to see Aurier, Rose, Sissoko, Lamela and Son back in for Leicester.

Goes to show how strong our squad is!

Really hope it's Toby at RB. Also going by our twitter post, it looks to be a diamond formation.
