We're going OT here, but a long time ago I was on a ferry boat, and we were being swarmed by gulls. I rolled down the car window, a gull came up and just coasted in the headwind right next to me, without flapping its wings, and I started feeding it chips. I got the feeling it was pretty experienced in this procedure.

Someone commented earlier about the flight out, they are hardly slumming it in economy like the general public. The charter company’s website has pictures of their plane. Every seat is business class/lie flat. Been lucky to have been upgraded to business coming back from Dubai, spent most of the flight in comfortable sleep.

My step mum flew back from Melbourne last week and she was in business class. Her health is bad so the extra space is good for her, but she said she hasn't had any problems post flight. I think some are overthinking it.

While the flights were long they weren't there long enough to acclimatise to the timezone so hopefully the jetlag won't be too bad. It'll just be like they had a couple of nights out with Jack Grealish.

Been much in business class on long haul?
Along with the usual Pampered treatments they’ll have sleep specialists, physios, masseuses, dieticians..

It’s not the greatest experience in life but they’d be fine.

I know I am on these flights and I’m in premium economy most of the time.
