Can’t bring myself to bet against Spurs, so I’ve got money on penalties instead. And Deki and Brennan scoring, too. I won £200 on the latest debacle, so just using it as betting tokens.

Forest are an underdog team but today they are favourites. These teams cannot always cope with that.
Brighton recently played Southampton when a win takes them third , almost got beat, would have done without a poor var decision which disallowed a Soton goal.

Interesting one today, if we lose comfortably I think we might see the tide start to turn against Ange a little.

I think the timing of the Godfrey rumours will keep the heat off him and on Levy even if we do lose. As long as names like that are out as our targets in the press it’s a steady reminder that Ange - for all his faults - is fighting with both hands tied behind his back.

problem is they don’t usually have to wait too long do they.

I hate losing Boxing Day fixtures as I spend my day surrounded by chelski and Liverpool fans who are usually crowing and taking the piss out of us. My recollection is that under Poch we were pretty damn good at collecting maximum points from the festive fixtures but not so much these days.
Whilst that is true,

I believe that today is our day and we will all be seeing out Boxing day with a smile on our faces.

Of course, I know our players are exhausted, but they are giving it their all and at least we have Bentancur back today.

We all need a bit of Christmas cheer after the pool result and with Solanke and his arrows at the ready, we're going to up to Robin hood country and taking all 3 points.
