I don't care if the Norwich defence is shit or has the shits. I'd be over the moon with a 1-0 win. And I can't even think about the Watford game until we get this one to bed.

Maybe because we don't need 3 defenders to take care of Dieumerci Mbokani

Playing 3 CB's can either be defensive or offensive, depending on the coach's instructions.

With 3 CB's, we'd be playing with 7 essentially offensive players against a team who's biggest weakness is leaking goals. Rose and Trippier would hardly play in their own half, and Dier can step up into his normal DM position to instigate attacks when needs be. It's not about adding an extra CB - it's about turning a back 4 into a back 3 to free up (at least) one attacking player.

When they have the ball, we'll be pressing high anyway, so our attacking FB's will already be in the right position up the pitch to do that. Ditto Chadli pushed right up with Kane.

Anyway, I suck at tactics, but that all makes some sense to me.

Just had Sky News on and they were talking about the fixtures tonight, I've taken this word for word from my sky + box:
"Big premier league programme tonight, the top three are all playing, Leicester need to avoid defeat against Liverpool to stay top but anything less and man city or Arsenal could go above them.
Man united play Stoke as well...."
Let the media love in continue I say and we'll quietly go about our business....

I can only imagine what they'll do if we end up in 1st at some point:
"...there are Premier League games today. That is all."

Excuse my tin foil hat but remember this evening well, for if in a few months we are genuinely challenging the goons for the league and mysteriously succumb to another 'illness', and end up watching Townsend smash one past Lloris slipping on his own shit to win it for Toon and lose it for us - it will doubtless be put to us that tonight started the gestation period for the 'norovirus'.

Will be a tough game, composure will be key in this one. Lets face it, were much better than them buy we HAVE to be clinical when we get openings and chances. Feeling positive although i just dont feel like 1 goal will be enough tonight.
2-1 to us eriksen freekick and chadli backpost tap in. Who knows, we could be top after the next 3 pl games hahaha COYS
