I've gone from keeping Poch, to want Ten Hag (long term) or Jose (shorter term). There is still a little piece of me that really wants Poch to turn things around and fly upwards..But my head say no!

The Jose option just really intrigues me. We have a squad of talented players desperate for honours. I genuinely think they'd be delighted to see him rock up. Just the type of squad he needs. I think he could even get a tune out of the likes of Toby, Jan and Dier again. I love Poch but I'd love to see what a world class tactician could do with these players.

As others have said this would have a limited shelf life but I think it's the profile boost the club needs right now, and the kind of appointment the likes of Kane and Son would be excited to see.

Allegri probably the most ideal candidate as he could have more long term potential but the Jose option is very intriguing. That said I fully expect Poch to be here for the forseeable, I have no idea how he survived Brighton and Watford. Brighton felt like the end to me, and Watford was no better.

What's the reasoning behind wanting ten Hag? Is it just because he's at Ajax?

Thats put him to the top of my list

I gave my vote to Mourinho, but my second choice which would be for the long term would be Ten Hag. He is unproven outside of Netherlands though, which was my main concern. Otherwise he's the perfect candidate for a long term stint as our manager.

Ten Hag.....isn't he the geezer who's team threw away a 3-0 lead in a CL semi recently.. ?

Pissing a very poor Dutch league with a club that buys the best players from the rest.

Any change has an element of uncertainty. We can't say Ten Hag wouldn't romp the quadruple with us, any more than we could say the same about Mourinho. All we have to go on is gut feeling and past performance. Still Jose for me.

I doubt we have any chance.

He already came out and said he will be at Ajax until the summer at the very least.

We dont have time for gambling and a long term project. Mourinho or Allegri now! Or keep Poch and buy lots of young world class players.. But a big change is necessary.

Why? Is the world ending and you gits have forgotten to tell me?

I'm voting for Mourinho now, but there might be complex challenges behind the scene aswell, which makes this complicated. What do we actually know about the situation with Trippier and what he said about things that happened that made him leave? Was this the situation with Verth having an affair with Eriksens girl he was talking about?

And Poch also have at least three players who don't want to be there and refuse to sign new contracs. It's not easy for Poch nowadays.

He also have experienced that without Eriksen the results are a lot worse than with Eriksen on the pitch. The fact that Poch himself has talked about leaving, doesn't make the situation easier for him now.

If Poch is gonna be given trust and is supposed to continue, I think first of all those players that make the dynamics in the player group less smooth and comfortable are being left in the shadow now. Maybe give them leave until January, and sell them then. Focus on all the hungry and motivated players until January, and offload some players then and bring in some new motivated players.

Levy’s not sacking Poch at least until the end of season if at all, I feel if that was going to happen he would have pulled the trigger by now. The seasons ruined now anyway, but I think it’s going to be difficult to attract top talent here if we are languishing in mid table and wonder if Kane and son will be here next August

We are "only" ten points behind Chelsea. It is still more than possible. But then Poch and the players gonna wake up now!

Anyone got 'Arry's number? He'd get us playing some decent football and winning a few games.

We'll be back to never having it so good in no time at all!

I think if poch walked levy actually would get him in til the end of the season then try get a manager in.
