Or because of the brand of football he plays/results he has obtained* in recent years. Fucking barmy.

*winning more trophies just in his so-called disastrous spell at Man Utd than we have done in the 25 years I've been following Spurs
But he's a gobshite lol.

I mean, as well as the footballing credentials that make a mockery of anyone associated with Spurs since I was born, there's also the added cherry on the cake that hiring Mourinho would be some epic trolling of Dougal, so there's that to consider too.

Just go and get a manager who won't have his buddies in the team. Get a manager who is going to pick the players who will win the game all the time.

Go and get Jose.

Poch obviously. I have tried to stay off SC for a few weeks to avoid the anti-poch nonsense.

But we could have won today. Could easily have been 2-0 and then see the game out. It doesn't cross mind to change manager. Look at a graph of our success over the last 30 years. Anybody who thinks we should change manager after 6-7 months of poor league form mixed in with a CL run to final is clearly smoking crack

And while we're here, Mourinho's anti-football is a busted flush. It only works by packing your team with massive athletes and 3 world class attackers who score from nothing. And as soon as he inevitably alienates the entire team when his shit tactics don't work he's in the departure lounge waiting to get his suitcase full of cash
Don't laugh if my memory is wrong, but isn't Mourinho famous for several styles of play and strategies? Also 4-3-3? He's not only defensive? Didnt Chelsea play quite attacking football during his first chapter there? Poch has done so much for us, but it obviously doesn't work perfectly anymore. And it has become a pattern. And football is almost never about yesterday.

I’d love him but he’s be hard to convince right now

Disagree (respectfully). I can't think of more than half a dozen sides that a top manager would want to take over right now.

Premier league is a giant pull in itself but if you consider the talent in the squad atm (regardless of its shortcomings) the stadium and facilities - we are a huge attraction,

I hope you’re right and I agree with what your saying but I don’t think Ancelotti is the type to walk out on Napoli halfway through a season. At best it’ll be the summer.

Why are we even discussing Ancelotti, have we had ITK or reports on him? We are a massive club but I doubt we're a big enough of a pull for him to leave Napoli mid-season, especially with the current state of our club.

For those who don't want Mourinho, if Arsenal sack Emery tomorrow and hire Mourinho knowing that we missed our chance, how would that make you feel?

Mourinho has played good football it’s madness to say he hasn’t. Difference with him is in the big games and finals he don’t give a fuck about playing pretty football he sets up his sides to win, like he’s said before finals are for winning and that’s probably why he has so many of them trophy things that we never get

Where do you see ITK updates nowadays? (serious and real question)

Like having access to a belt and/or shoelaces wouldn't be a particularly spiffing idea.

@Everyone Else - I'm really sorry, but @felmani26 left me with no choice, how could I not post this after a setup like that?
