Disappointing to have started the 2nd half so dominant but failed to make it count.

Why do our players always go for the harder pass. The times our defenders gave the ball away and when our attacks break down is 75% down to the players attempting the more difficult pass. KISS!

Lacking real quality up front. If only if we still had some quality like Kane and some composure up front

Same old story.

Some nice pretty football, but severely lacking any form of ruthlessness that will win you things.

It's going to be a long old season.

We must be the easiest team to prepare games for. Don’t even need to watch any of our previous matches. Just put 9 men on the edge of your own box, let Spurs have all the possession, wait for them to give the ball away, break then score.

We simply don't have the quality in the front third. So many chances wasted. Not clinical enough. No guile. No composure. City, Liverpool, Arsenal all score at least 4 with the exact same chances we had today. And the biggest difference - they would not have let 2 piss poor goals in the way we did. Throw in the Leicester goal and that's our season so far. A good side is 3 wins, 9 goals scored, none conceded.

Some brainless passing and attempts at tackling. We have never had much game management nous

I wonder if the players subconsciously don’t trust Johnson to finish. No idea why Kulu cut it back inside to two covered players instead of pushing it outside to Johnson who was running free.

Results come from playing well. We win this game nine times out of ten. Yes, it’s annoying, but if we play like this most weeks we’ll win more than not.
Have we played that well though?

we have had good possession and some good chances but clearly lack the elite quality to put them away

and the way Ange sets us up we will always have a soft underbelly even when “playing well”

Anges style of football needs us to score 2-3 goals at least most weeks to get a result as against any quality side we let 1-2 goals in

ultimately we don’t score enough and concede too many and we seem to have only one approach to playing football that requires a higher standard of player than we have to be effective IMO
