Sonny needs to go upfront in the second half. Actually think Johnson and Odobert are the wingers for this game, we've found lots of space out wide.

Tempo is so slow. Sideway passing. Very easy to defend if we play like this.

Same as last season. \Just a lot of static players. Hardly any overlapping runs and when players do make them they never receive the ball.

Just does my head in that there seems to be only 1 plan and it never works against a settled defense.

We need to pass and move but we are more pass and stand still at the moment.

I can't for the life of me believe this is what the manager wants when we are in possession.

The lack of organisation in defence is really painful. I am yet to be convinced this kamikaze attacking system will take us anywhere

Romero showing again the lapses in concentration and judgement that just prevent him from being a real world class defender.

We’re in danger of being a posh Southampton. Great between the two boxes but massively flatter to deceive in them at crucial moments.

With two strikers out I can somewhat forgive the lack of cutting edge but defensively we have to be better and that’s as a team.

id take sarr and Maddison off for Bergvall and Bentancour. I’d also ask kulu and sonny to be more fluid between their two positions

When we have control of the game around their box, it feels unlikely or no expectation for us to get a scoring opportunity, however when they swarm up the pitch I have instant visions of it in the back of our net. Seems like this most matches.

normally im fuming when we are losing but weirdly just kind of like meh, we looked pretty decent today and yet again it was just one lapse in judgement that cost us again. We really need to find players that can keep it going a full 90.

We're too slow in thought and predictable in terms of playing it to a winger and overloading the back post. Not enough craft or danger in the middle of the pitch and we're losing the battle of the half-spaces.
When we play it in behind the person receiving gets it at an awkward angle and we lose the advantage.

Hoping for improvements in the 2nd half.

That cross for their goal was a fluke. Just swung and hoped and it went to their only player in the box.
If you don’t buy a ticket you can’t win the raffle.
We’re just too predictable when in possession up front.

Weird game to pick on Son. Been decent
Nothing against Son, I love him. But honestly he's not a great dribbler to play so wide, although he did get a free-kick with a nutmeg. But there were two shots that I thought he was particularly slow to identify the space in defense and make the pass. He crossed for Odobert, the ball should have gone to Udogie in my opinion, and now that Maddison rolled on the ground, the ball could have reached him with a lot more space.

Son's game may be decent, but I think his best features could be better utilized more centrally, since we don't have a real CF upfront.

Romero going walkabout cost us that goal, with nobody filling in the position properly, or Romero not chasing back quick enough. Look at his position when Barnes shoots.

Reckon Ange will change it up straight after the break? Bentancur or Johnson coming on?

Not watching the game so not sure what we need.

bit extra mate, Madders foot got stood on quite clearly. It was a foul
A foul yes but not that soap opera drama he put on. Thought the vast of Holby City were going to run on and operate on him the way he carried on the big pussy
