How does one view their ticketing points? I seem unable to locate anywhere to do this.

Anyone else having issues with purchasing general sale tickets for Southampton game? I get to the booking page but it constantly tells me I have incorrect card details! I have tried two different cards as well and still no luck

What do the red circles represent around some seats when you look for tickets? Something to do with 1882?

It means they’re Ticket Exchange seats, ie seats put on Ticket Exchange by season ticket holders who can’t attend. In reality the only difference from other seats (no red circle) is a £4.50 booking fee rather than the standard £1.75 members booking fee.

Any idea when the PL and Sky Sports are gonna announce the times of games after December 1st ?

I'm traveling to London on December 7th and wouldn't want to miss the Burnley home game. Do you reckon there's a risk it could be moved on sunday ?

TV fixtures for December and January are due to be announced 11th October. They can be a day or two late though

I've got bloody man flu so can't go tonight and after speaking to the ticket office found out you can't share tickets for CL games, only PL.

I've given my mate my username and password and he's logged into the app to get the barcode for the ticket off there. That's sufficient right?

Yes that's fine , had the same when I purchased guest tickets for CL screening .

If you go into your ticketing account history there should be a resend email button somewhere.

I am trying to login to ticketing and my account and keep getting some error page come up saying 'Your connection is not private' and offering two choices Advanced or Back to Privacy

Anyone else have this?

Just a heads up on this, it worked. So if you ever need to give a friend a your CL ticket you've already purchased just ask them to download the app and give them your login details and they can get into the stadium using that.
