How will it work, I have 3 tickets, mine, mum and dads. All 3 memberships are linked on my account so can I just use my app to load all 3 tickets? My dad doesn't take his phone anywhere (and its old!) and my mum might have her phone but would be easier if I can just use mine.

We won't get our stadium access cards until September as we are new members this season.

You only see your own ticket on the app. To see other people’s you would have to log out and log in again as them.

Could try logging in to theirs in advance and screenshotting their tickets on your phone images. Then when you get to the gate you might be able to switch easily between them. Don’t know if that will work though - perhaps someone on here could test it for you in August

When are you going? It may be worth getting on to the ticket office as they should be able to email out print at home tickets or get you to pick up tickets at the ticket office.
I got my membership when I knew we were going to actually get into the new ground. For the first few games they emailed print at home tickets as a matter of course knowing that I wouldn't have recieved my membership card.

This is what they told me:

You have a few options if you haven't received your membership card or tickets.

1. You can download the 'Spurs' app and it will upload your ticket 48 hours before the match
2. You can request E-Tickets with our Box Office on 03448440102 option 2.
3. You can visit the Box Office at the ground and they will grant your access with relevant identification.

It sounds like 1 won't work for you because not all of you have phones but 2 and 3 are options.

Spoke to ticket office this morning on the above number, was told to ring back next Thursday as he said a lot of the stadium cards had been printed and were being sent out tomorrow/early next week, so he thinks we will get our access card. Just the membership pack will follow in September.

Guys can you buy two tickets at a time? I'm from Ireland, want to get to a game in November and bring a friend too. How best to get two tickets together?

Yes you can buy 2 together. If your friend has a CRN (i.e. an account on the website) then you can add them to your network and assign the ticket directly to them. I don't *think* a ticket on general sale has to be assigned to anyone.

The first thing to do is to get in touch with your local supporters club if you have one - they sometimes have a small number of tickets to distribute or easier ways around the normal process for fans living abroad. If you don't live in any of their area's or they can't help then you'll be in the same boat as a fan based in London and the following applies -

Buy two One Hotspur Plus memberships, get online for 9.30AM on the on-sale date (19th August for Sheffield United, 23rd September for Bournemouth) - if you can use multiple devices and IP addresses (e.g. your computer, plus a second browser using a VPN, plus a mobile phone on mobile data) this will increase your chances. If you fail, try again the next day when more tickets go on sale. Failing that, keep an eye on the ticket exchange - but you'll have to check regularly as tickets will go quite quickly once listed, you're less likely to find a pair, and there'll be a £7.50 per ticket additional charge. Also, beware that for the Sheffield United game, TV selections will NOT have been confirmed by the time tickets go on sale, so you won't know when it's being played - it could be anything between 7.45pm on Friday the 9th of November and 8pm on Monday the 12th, although the Saturday or Sunday is more likely. If it gets moved you could get a refund on your match ticket, but would not be refunded any travel or accomodation you'd pre-booked, so either hold-off until the date is confirmed (sometime around the 16th of September but could be a week or two either way) or make sure you're able to cancel them.

The odds of the games going to general sale are extremely slim though, unless we have a League Cup home draw midweek or something. So both of them will need memberships.

It was the same with my nephew for the West Ham game last year it was a shambles at the time and honestly due to the ticketing issues I have started thinking about giving up attending spurs matches.

The way the ticketing system works prevents be booking my travel and accommodation with plenty of notice to save cash so travelling from Wales for the games etc is now becoming silly expensive. Basically I either gamble on getting tickets or I pay the cancellation insurance etc which also is not cheap!.

On top of that I actually get free season tickets at Swansea which is 5 minutes away, although I never attend their games before long I may have too. I may have to stick to watching spurs on tv as the stress of trying to get tickets is now also becoming a total farcical experience.

The experience is also totally random as I have forwarded into the club, I’ve documented everything including showing how I joined at 9:57 to go straight in for the villa tickets compared to other tabs and browsers with VPN’s etc that were in the que before that with plenty of time!.

The site also removing tickets from my basket Tuesday was the final straw.

I think they need to look at a way of doing it by county or postcode for example they break down the allocation to catchment areas etc

1000 to Wales
1000 to Ireland & Scotland

Then by postcode throughout England surely the club has the stats etc to know where the biggest interest comes from!

the thing is with 80k members with only 8k tickets, how can they guarantee saving anyone in the country travel cost. they would have to run a ballot system during the summer and then send out emails to the winners. you would then get an email and it will mean missing it because a family holiday/function.

I can understand the frustration, and know exactly what @Grey Fox was saying, but I honestly don't know how a system could be designed to cover that amount of members. what is wrong is what really effects foxy is they need to extend the family section to allow members to book them at a different time, but only for families

edit: also a lot of areas have supporters clubs who are issued a certain amount of tickets, I'm sure I read it about a group from Torquay (that area)

@agrdavidsfan also not being funny with your splits some people in Wales would get the chance to get to 6-10 games a season and that’s allowing for there being 3,000 Welsh members which I highly doubt, and would mean joe bloggs from Edmonton might get lucky with one.

A pretty selfish split that helps you. They need to sort the ticket doughnut out for definite and be able to cut the errors out, but those times it goes wrong are happening to everyone occasionally, just might happen to you more because your not applying for every single match

I didn’t mean it specifically split that much for Wales it was just an example of a work around as I personally don’t think the current system works at all.

It’s strange for me how fans who attend 10/12 games a season are struggling then we have people from other countries who seem to have no issues getting tickets.

Think there could just be a way where they divide the tickets available to certain post codes etc to give everyone an equal opportunity rather than everyone competing against the masses.

For example 500 tickets In Wales in a welsh window 500 in a Scotland for a Scottish window etc.

Releases pressure on the server etc and makes it easier and happier all round for everyone.

Think you will find that official supporters clubs are given a window to purchase match tickets separate from the normal scramble so for supporters who live some distance from London might be advantageous to join up..https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/fans/supporters-clubs/join-a-club/, won't guarantee a ticket but might give you a better chance.

Credit where it’s due - the new ability for ST holders to list games to know they can’t attend well in advance (as opposed to 2-4 days before Kick Off as in previous seasons) makes it much more likely those tickets get taken up by members as opposed to empty seats/STs selling via third parties (never done it myself but can understand why people would have).

I listed my three seats in the Paxton for the bank holiday game vs Newcastle and they sold pretty much immediately.

Slightly changing topic - tried to forward my ticket to someone on my network but they couldn't; get the ticket despite it being under their "forwarded tickets" link. Had to call the ticket line (a pleasant 18min wait) to have them forwarded.

Anyone else had any issues?
I’ve got this problem at the moment. Ticket office closed. Did anyone find a way around it?
