Just to add on the refinance, this introduces another layer of stakeholder.

Under the facility agreement (loan document), the club will have a suite of conditions including ratios. A key one is the DSCR (debt service cover ratio) and this will require EBITDA to be a certain level above debt service and repayments - typically 1.3 at a guess.

So the club needs to remain healthy financially, but I would suggest we are nowhere near over leveraged. But it does mean we have to live within our (much greater) needs and can’t do a city (unless shareholders introduced funds).

What are people’s experience of taking bags into the new stadium?

Might have to come straight from work on Tuesday so it’ll either be a laptop bag or backpack. Forget about those see through nonce-jobs.

Think you can take a very small laptop bag in. How big is the backpack? Lots of people turn up with massive backpacks and sentto the luggage cabinets at the local school.

if we're finishing 5 or 6 or below our crowds will average 40-45K, if current prices are maintained

Dont we have like 42k season ticket holders. This comment means no members would buy a ticket at all which I dont think would be the case

Don’t agree at all. There’s very little difference between Arsenal match going support and ours. If anything I’d say ours is better. It totally depends on the mood, if you end up with a Wenger type situation then yeah they’d be a drop off. But you can be 5/6 th with an air of optimism like Chelsea and Arsenal now and easily sell out. Shame we didn’t get to see a carabo game against lowly opposition, attendance would have been very interesting.

That's quite high up. I'm not usually worried about heights but I don't think id be keen to be up there on a windy day.

Having recently abseiled the ArcelorMittal Orbit, which is double the height, this seems like a piece of piss...
Oh, and if it is a windy day they simply won't open it to the public.

I’m not sure what you’re not agreeing with?

Theres a clear parallel between them averaging that number and us next season. Falling out of the CL places, manager and tactics gone stale and no signings coming in to transform. Where’s the air of optimism, with four much loved mainstays leaving this summer?

Levy won’t pay the going rate to replace them, he’ll try to do it late/on the cheap, but he will pay up like Kronk has once he’s on the outside looking to get back in

That’s where we maybe agree, neither club has the ambition to gatecrash the top 2

I've noticed there are no trains listed from Northumberland on Tuesday night. I hope the station isn't being worked on. It's going to be a nightmare with so many people getting home. I've emailed Greater Anglia ([email protected]) asking to add it to their stops otherwise I have to walk all the way down to Tottenham Hale or go from WHL to Cheshunt. Anyone know what's quicker, the long wait at WHL or walking down to Tottenham Hale?

Maybe if others email too they might use Northumberland.

They seem to not be running the usual service after 10, so after the game you would have to take the train from Northumberland to Tottenham Hale and then Tottenham Hale back that way to Cheshunt. Stupid really.
They quite often don't update that website until a day or 2 before the game for some reason.

yep, we have 3 new players in the squad and they’ve all been injured. And I missed all the players we signed in the previous windows. The lack of freshening up caused the rot that set in at the beginning of this calendar year, not this season.

So, why were you disagreeing with my point about crowds again?

I believe they add Northumberland park to the normal service on match nights so it may not be updated, they often don't update the recorded announcement on the train itself which can cause consternation at Tottenham Hale sometimes.
The should be an update on the official site after today's game.
