Too many times downing a pint as I realise they have come back out on pitch has resulted in me only drinking before and after the game. I like to enjoy my beers not just have it for the sake of it.

The filling from bottom gadgetry was a good PR stunt, just that never works on the day.

Not sure if its the system or the staff, but yet again pre-match in North Mid bars there was only one side working. Heineken fine (just ), but no Amstel just gas.

Every bloody game the same - so farcical don't even bother at half time because people no going 10 mins before then end of the half and still not getting back until after second half kicked off. Thousands must have missed the 4th on Saturday.

DL or his sons catering business need to sort this, or will revert back to pub drinking

95% of the staff are brain dead zombies with no desire to work whatsoever. I find it all rather disconcerting seeing it unfold each week.
Not sure about that but I suspect the club has made an effort to create jobs locally as the priority.
So people have not been selected on their experience of working in a bar but just on where they live.
Given the level of poverty in the area, this has to be seen as a good thing - some might be the only person in their family in employment and hopefully in time there will be a solid group who know how the systems work and are efficient at their work.
I don't know this to be true, but it makes sense.

Not sure if you're referring to the catering company being Levy's but there's no link with our Daniel.

When we 1st got in on Saturday, I went to the usual bar I have visited when in the North stand. the same faces were working behind the counter were there last season. not being funny, but I can understand them not being that fast when they 1st started, but by now they should be working at a faster pace, they should know where everything is, and be able to do 3 pints in the time they do 2.

Oh dear that's not the British way. Which is to consume alcohol at every possible opportunity in case it suddenly ceases to exist

I am happy not to spend my money at half time although a counter for hot drinks only would be nice for the winter months. I queued at the bar for 20 minutes to be told that the Neck Oil at the bar at block 514 had run out an hour ago. This has happened on a number of occasions and I will now drink at a local pub prior to ko and get decent service. We have a fantastic ground and a great food but he service is well below acceptable. Imagine the sales if they had the products available and quality staff behind the bars.

This is a raw subject for me as I live locally. If the club have indeed given local people priority then that's wonderful and how it ought to be. However, the clear lack of education, guidance, mentoring whatever you want to call is all too apparent. They badly need experienced service folk behind all bars training and managing people properly.

Maybe write to the club? They may not be aware of fans' feelings about it.

Other than people cannot get their drinks fast enough, I take it the rest of the Stadium is okay?
