I love NFL so have no issue with the dual usage of the stadium. From the footage today it looks absolutely awesome in NFL mode. You saw the mess the London stadium looked at the weekend attempting to be fitted out for baseball; no such worries here. Looks incredible.

To be fair the conversion to baseball park at the London stadium wasnt that bad. As others have said, this venue was designed for various sporting events, but unfortunately not football

The size of those NFL dressing rooms you could solve Tottenham's housing crisis, has Councillor Joseph Ejiofor seen them

They do look the part, but I wouldn’t say they are as good as some of the NFL dressing rooms that I’ve seen posted in this thread previously. Very surprised they have to pull out a fold up chair.

I suppose as it’s only 2 games a year at the moment they didn’t see the need to go overboard with air conditioned seats ?

Just goes to show though how much effort has been put in by the club to really make this a multi purpose stadium.

Cant wait to see the Sky Lounge.

Funny I saw the dressing rooms for the baseball and they had stools by the lockers and I though that’s a bit shit. Maybe it’s just a thing in American sports locker rooms.

For perspective, this is what the home locker room in the newest stadium in the NFL (the Atlanta Falcons’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium) looks like:

Looks a whole lot less spacious than ours. Honestly, looking at this and the other compilation, seems like our facilities are at least up to par with what the rest of the franchise has. Also seems like stools and fold-out chairs are a franchise thing too.

On another note, ESPN has published a video of the stadium and the NFL locker room, including a video of the walk from the locker room to the pitch:

So according to reports THST are with other supporter groups advocating that Champions League finals are only held in stadiums of 75000 plus , so that cuts out The Lane and includes dumps like Wembley and the Ataturk Stadium venue for 2020 final.

A 75000 minimum would limit the choice to about 10 stadiums in Europe with some countries missing out altogether, sounds like a rubbish idea.
  • Capacity: Only stadiums with sufficiently large capacities should be selected. This would allow more tickets to be made available for the fans of both teams as well as the football family. It is proposed the ideal capacity for a Champions League final is in the region of 75,000 or greater, and for the Europa League final in the region of 55,000 or greater.
