Would the club really take such a small number of people into consideration? From a quick look it seems to be about 0.7% of people in developed countries who have epilepsy, of which about 3% have the photosensitive variety. That means you're looking at about 13 people in a capacity crowd at our stadium. And even then most are sensitive to lights flashing 16-25 times per second, which seems much quicker than these are going at. Considering that their new arrangements are an absolute nightmare for people with mobility issues who need to travel by car - having to arrive very early and leave late, making for a very long day out when some might not find that ideal at all - I struggle to see them giving a damn about something so much rarer.

I have epilepsy, I will simply avoid if needed, I always ask at cinema, theatre etc if there are strobes and then avoid areas I have to. Cant expect everytji g to change due to my condition

I guess that phase 3 is essentially everything not started yet like the overarching redevelopment of the area and the stadium hotel? I’m assuming WHL station is part of phase 2 as that’s supposedly almost finished?
WHL station isn’t even half done yet. Only just putting up the steel.

Station isn't anything to do with us.

Why?

Wasn’t the biggest club shop in the Universe big enough for everyone to visit! Maybe it’s too far for people to walk from the corner of the North/West of the Stadium to the South end of the West Stand
Probably just needed to fill the floor space with something

Stanhope Tottenham ltd 2 was incorporated today with Daniel Levy as a director. Any body know about Stanhope's involvement with the new stadium?
Registered at the same address is https://www.stanhopeplc.com , Clare Noelle Pagan secretary of both companies , Stanhope PLC involved in property . See that Collecott also a director. Now the stadiums almost done perhaps they are going to sell it :)
Only phase 2 is done. Guessing stanhope will be doing phase 3.

I was writing here a couple of days ago that the club is likely to work with an experienced residential developer to deliver Phase 3, which comprises the hotel, the external works south of the stadium and primarily 500+ units of housing. This sounds very much like a THFC/Stanhope joint venture company, which would be consistent with such an approach.

It wouldn't be to sell the stadium. You wouldn't form a JV to dispose of a Freehold. You'd just sell it. Assuming the finance for the NDP is secured, in whole or in part, on the site itself, it wouldn't make sense to sell the stadium Freehold until the debt has been reduced using the sales receipts from Phase 3.

I've got no inside info, I'm just trying to add up 2+2 here, based on how developments are usually procured. Everything about the descriptions above sounds like a JV to carry out Phase 3. THFC would contribute the land, Stanhope would probably cash-flow the build and there would be a profit-sharing formula.

EDIT: See post #43,338 below.

Thanks for sharing that fascinating article TAS. Just shows THFC is an after thought and they're desperate for the dollar. Donna has done an extraordinary job and deserves her multi millions.

as I'm going to the legends match, and will be sat in the North Stand having to use crutches, then it will come in handy for us disabled people(y)

Not quite, it was incorporated a year ago. Last year they registered a charge against the properties at 867-879 High Road, which is where the B&M store is north of the stadium. Spurs are already trying to get development underway there http://867-879highroad.co.uk/

It'll be a joint venture for that, not phase 3 I'm sure.
