Isn't this a bit presumptuous, unless they know more about the discussions that have happened than we do.
I liked the original design, but this trumps it and then some.
I'm flying back to UK on Sunday and will be going balls out to get involved on the project.
2018 can't come soon enough.

Now that there is affordable housing back in the scheme, I feel the same way. They ought to have someone on board to do the specialist financial modelling, to advise on detailed design and to negotiate with affordable housing providers. I suppose they'll probably farm it out to one of the big central London property agents: Savills, Jones Lang Lasalle, etc. [sigh].
Nice...
I hate to be the miserable git but I don't think that list will be true once the stadium is built.More seats than any team bar United.
Biggest screens in a UK stadium.
Biggest single tier stand, specially for home supporters.
You can walk on the mutha fucking roof.
Retractable artifical pitch, the most advanced in the world to host NFL games.
You wanna climb? Nope? Nor do I, but we built you the biggest climbing wall in Europe anyway. BECAUSE.
Drop mic.
Before I spontaneously combust, is there a good chance the council will reject our revised planning applications considering the severity of the amendments compared to previous?
Tell me, how high are their climbing walls?!
That's screwed it then. We don't do Saturday football! In theory football Saturday, 24 hours later NFL.
I notice that they are now looking to remove 3 of the 4 heritage buildings, that were originally going to be kept under the request of English Heritage:
So they are citing the lack of pavement as a primary reason for this - @davidmatzdorf what's your take on this? - do you think English Heritage will agree to it?
Are you always negative?I hate to be the miserable git but I don't think that list will be true once the stadium is built.
Liverpool currently expanded to their first phase of 53k this summer.
Man City are expanding to 54k at the moment in their current phase
Whilst Chelsea are currently expanding to 60k but this may increase as they are only at the conceptual design stage.
Also the largest single tier may actually go to West Ham, it isn't a single tier but they claim it is. Their single tier is actually behind or opposite the dugout instead of behind the goal. But it isnt a single teir.
However don't be surprised if Man City and Liverpool all have stadiums than us before the stadium is finished
AKA 'The Andros shot retrieval zone'.
