The trumpeter I am happy with it's the DJ I would get rid of, the club has mentioned in ticket pricing that there are a high percentage of senior citizens in the stadium how about playing something we recognize , instead of thump thump thump without any melody or rhythm, the after match stuff is OK when we win but pre match what are they playing ?

I decided some time ago never to give negative ratings but I was sorely tempted.

The pre-kick off trumpeter creates an electric atmosphere.
Really..? I thought I was pretty down with the kids but I must be more old school than I thought…

To explain my thoughts: I find it pretty cringey and don’t think it’s needed to create an atmosphere. I know other clubs do similar, I’d say “YNWA” at Anfield works, while “North London For Ever” at the emirates doesn’t. Maybe feels a little try-hard rather than organic. I’ve never liked the England Band, nor the Pompey bell-ringer… Mixed emotions about the old WHL drummer…

Where is the Seoul Birdie place, I’ve never seen it before?
Who needs trophies when we have all this :)

We are proud to announce our new Seoul Birdie food outlet located in the marketplace in collaboration with renowned American-Korean TV Chef, Judy Joo. The new Seoul Birdie outlet will be showcasing her very best signature dishes; Korean Katsu Rice Bowl, BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos, and the Seoul Birdie Chicken Sub.

Not a Guinness drinker but doesn't it take time to pour a Guinness properly, slow down service even more.
And cocktails at a football match !!! Where's the Bovril and peanuts.

To quench your thirst, we are introducing draught Guinness to select feature bars and signature cocktails on selected tap inns.

Yep and it slows down the bar queues. Should have selected Guinness only queues. If they pre-pour the Guinness like they do at rugby it would make it better.

Another Planning Application Amendment for the hotel is waiting for a decision

Details: Non-Material Amendment to Conditions A4 and D1 of HGY/2023/2137 relating to design amendments of Plot 3 (The Hotel) including: building height; layout reconfigurations; delivery and servicing strategy; and the south podium.

Nothing major. A few design changes to the Consented Scheme.

The number of hotel beds stays the same at 180 beds but they have squeezed in an increase in residential floorspace (GIA) from 11,627m2 to 12,968m2 and increase in 11 residential units (from 49 to 60 units).
