5.1% for an office building in Tottenham with 8 years remaining!?! Redevelopment is the only way that is stacking up if the permission is anything to go by. Won't make much commercial sense for THFC I don't think though with that upfront + redev cost. Not cheap! But then again compared to the Ndombele fee it looks peanuts

Maybe something for the future perhaps?

isn’t there something within FFP that allows for sponsorship of premises within a radius of the training ground and stadium? I’m sure that’s what Man City do.

Once the tenancy is up in 8 years, knock it down and build a community centre sponsored by some oil money, that can financially dope us and we can win the league...

I see Utd have been granted permission from Trafford Council to use barrier seating.

I know we have these installed in different places around the ground, but are we using them?

I thought it had to be granted by the FA or PL..

Wolves and ourselves have rail seating already installed, but not used.
I'm guessing the fa will be brining on trials in soon and manu want to be one of the first.
Let's hope we can also be part of the trials as well

<facetious answer> Would look a little odd if we had a load of seating around the ground not being used.
<real answer> Yeah we have it installed and they are supposedly being used as seats. In reality they are not. Virtually the whole of the lower tier of the Park Lane end do not sit down and the same for the away section.
I believe that the regulations are that the ground has to be all-seater (which these are) and it is down to the local licencing authority to decide if the ground is 'safe'

Pretty sure this just means united will have the seating like we do now and won’t be allowed to actually stand Until the government says yes.

Before auction too. Will be interesting to find out who bought it. Everyone I know at Allsop have been furloughed though, so I've no chance finding out until it hits the Land Registry.
Did anyone find out if the club bought Bobby Buckle’s house when it was sold at auction?

Lads on the brochure probably had the same treatment, shame but that sale got a lot of interest!

Our NFL matches for 2020 have been cancelled, and re-arranged to take place in USA (Wembley games also cancelled)

Apologies if this has been asked but any idea when they're going to start phase 3, the hotel, flats and extreme sport centre behind the south stand? I haven't heard anything about it since the stadium opened but that's when I stopped paying attention

I don't think there was a confirmed date, and it's certainly not a priority now with coronavirus. There was some talk of adjusting the plans to replace the hotel with housing too due to a downturn in that market. So I'd wager a guess at 'not soon', but beyond that we don't know.

The last time the hotel was mentioned I think at a trust meeting the Timeline seemed to be within a year. But obviously that has drastically changed now.
