Have been to many events over the years that threaten to check ID’s, from theatres, concerts, festivals and sports. Never have I actually needed to show an ID. Be very surprised if they have the time to check, especially for an evening game where time is limited

Just been reading through the stadium guide. Once the app is up and running, it will be immensely useful. No longer having to bring paper tickets or having to look up my seat through my emails. Loads of venues and organizers use the wallet app function, great to see we're joining the party.

My only question is, has any information on the new app been released yet? Doubt it's going to be ready for download before Sunday, hopefully for the Palace game.

In 30odd years of going to football matches I’ve never done the corporate thing. Admittedly I haven’t really had the opportunity.

Luckily my missus works for one of the big 4 financial services companies and after much badgering from myself it has been confirmed that they do have some events pencilled in at the new stadium. So I’ll be all over that like a tramp on chips as a one off.

I wouldn’t pay for it though or do it on a regular basis. Even if I was minted.
I've done it with family at WHL, Wembley and even Crawley Town's stadium. Hopefully get to do it at the new ground. As a one-off it's certainly worth doing for the experience alone.

How much alcohol could I consume in the 3 hours prior to kick off? Would I actually remember anything? Would I be sick on the brand new carpet and reclaimed concrete? Would I be evicted prior to the match? Where do I sign up?

I get the impression from Twitter that the U18 game won't hit general sale if tickets aren't taken up by ST holders/Members but that the legends game will go to general sale if there's any left.

Is that what everyone else understands to be the case?

The original update said this:

Supporters will be able to apply to attend these two Test Event Matches via a ballot process - read ticket information. Premium members will be contacted separately with the ticketing arrangements for these events. Priority for both events will be given to Season Ticket Holders and Executive members, followed by One Hotspur + and then One Hotspur members. In the unlikely event that any tickets remain after these groups have been allocated, a General Sale of tickets will take place. If you’re not already a member, you can CLICK HERE to find out more about One Hotspur membership.

So based on that I would expect both games to have a period of general sale.

Yeah, the two times I did it were freebies. Used by Monarch Airlines whose chairman was a big fan. Good seats, just by the tunnel but I did have to sit with my mate, a gooner. To be fair to him though, he kept quiet and I'm sure he nearly celebrated our goals by mistake. Think he got kinda caught up in it all!

I have an ST but if I didnt and wanted to go then thats not a bad price to pay... one off ofcourse. Is the experience worth £420 and will the pre and post match stuff be worth it? probably not but opening game in a new stadium is a historical moment.
Yeah, definitely. I don't have an ST, so if I have to pay £420 as a one off, that's what I'll do.

THST said the club are trialing the app over the next two test events.

It only mentions the complimentary bar at half time, nothing about pre and post match. Free drinks for 15 mins sandwiched between 5 hours of pay per drink. You’ve been Levy’d.

Anyone not able to get a ticket for the opening game should get VIP

This amazing VIP fan experience includes :

* EAST STAND LONG SIDE PREMIUM SEATING.
* EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE PREMIUM LEVELS
* INCLUSIVE GRAZING MENU PRE AND POST MATCH
* COMPLIMENTARY BAR AT HALF-TIME
* COMPLIMENTARY MATCH DAY PROGRAMME
* SPURS LEGENDS IN ATTENDANCE
* LOUNGE OPENS THREE HOURS PRIOR TO KICK OFF
* REMAINS OPEN FOR TWO HOURS AFTER THE FINAL WHISTLE

All that for only £420 per person

And for those that can't or wont pay it, Daniel will have a commemorative DVD in the shops on the following day for a very reasonable £14.99

What's it looking like for the Legends game??
Touch and go if that goes on general sale. It was almost sold out Monday night but they keep releasing extra seats at like a couple of thousand at time.

U18s on the other hand has loads of tickets and only a few days to go now!

They must really be struggling to get rid of tickets here. Shocking tbh

Even plugging the manager now:

We have a special guest at half-time in the first Test Event at our new stadium on Sunday – none other than Mauricio Pochettino.

The manager will be in the stands for our U18 Premier League encounter against Southampton, the first match at our new venue, before joining us to be interviewed during the interval.

Tickets remain available for this historic event - don’t miss out.
