Love that shirt and I’d buy it without hesitation. But there is no way I want to spend $90 on it at Nike when its cheaper buying through the club paying in pounds. However, the club now screws us making us pay VAT with the new shop(classic Levy). So I am taking a stand. It’s the precedent.
Sounds like you hesitated...

and they just ignored me when i inquired. really disappointed with them
well they finally replied and stated that the price listed is the final price for the products to HK and no VAT is added.
BULLSHIT
perhaps i should try make an order in GBP and see if there is any difference, if no i am not going to make orders again

They also have a US geared shop with shipping + exchange built in. The prices are higher than GBP but what can you do? My biggest issue has been no discount yet this year for One Hotspur + members. Waiting to order until then and it’s all crickets.

They still charge shipping on USD

Ordering using GBP does not make any difference. That's where my issue is. Why should I have to be VAT now on international orders when I didn't before the upgrades to the shop? I wont order in USD. Why would I do that when I can save $20 by ordering in GBP? I just emailed them on this. I'll see what they say but i'm not holding out any hope.

it seems that we have different issues, my issue is that i paid GBP43.33 for a kit with displayed price of GBP65 as a result of VAT deduction. but now i am paying GBP65.

I think it's the same issue. VAT seems to not be taken off the GBP price now whereas previously it was.

When charging in USD, I am sure there not charging VAT and instead just robbing you blind

by the way - it's free shipping on the third kit right now to the US.
It's $5 cheaper with free shipping on Nike. But buying in GBP from the OS is cheaper regardless. The issue is them charging VAT when buying in GBP and shipping internationally which they didnt do before they changed the site.

Overall, it's not the best online shopping system. Feel it could be much easier and why does a club of our size not have distribution networks in the US yet? Why does everything come from the UK?

Lovely design on the Third Kit Training Wear, think we’ve got some of the best gear around!

Interesting concept on prematch shirt...better than that god awful one we wear in the league!

They just responded back to my query saying the same thing which did not answer my question at all. I responded back asking again about paying in GBP but shipping internationally. We'll see what they say.

It allows you to select your mailing address with the 9.99 gbp shipping + gbp prices, what happens if you just go ahead with that?
