I actually disagree with this take

I think Horford and Richardson aren't great for your team. Both great players but I question the fit, they are most effective inside the arc and whilst I can see them capable of spreading the floor. I think you need people whose games are made for off the ball and involves cutting and beyond the arc. I have controversial opinion that you should have got rid of simmons and not fultz. Whilst Fultz isn't a superstar like simmons you would have got more and Embiid was better with him on the floor.

As for the knicks, not offering Durant a contract is stupid. Even without an Achilles he is still a player who can get his shot off and won't lose what made him a 50-40-90 player. Efficient shooting will always be a good contract and durant, with his size and skill was always a max player. The fact his athleticism wasn't the determining factor behind his good percentage made hims a low risk.
Can I just say, I was right lol

Philly didn't have spacing as Horford weren't spreading the floor, they can shoot the 3 but they aren't 3 point shooters

I thought moving Ben to the 4 was actually a good move but it was little too late

Good to see Steve Nash getting off to a win at his first coaching job. KD and Kyrie being healthy was a big help to him. I hope he does well.

Decided to watch the Knicks tonight. Must be a lucky charm. All those Ewing boots and that shirt has finally paid off. :playful: :playful:

Rockets deal Harden to the Nets for 4 players and 4 1st round picks. Great bit of business for Houston.

This season I have been supporting the Nets and I cant help this is a terrible trade

I have a lot for Kyrie and I do think he gets way more flak than others in the NBA who often say the same

However they Allen their best centre and some would say their only centre and lost a great young player in Lavert for someone who makes Kyrie look like John Stockton when it comes to sharing the ball. Yea I know he has 10 assists but they played a fastball offence FFS and he would give the ball up way to late at the same time

For Houston, this is a good deal. Harden has been sulking for quite some time now and have wanted out a long time. I think they're cheering with champagne in Houston today.

Kyrie Irving's absence isn't looking good and with the arrival of Harden, his time might be up. He voted against the hiring of Steve Nash and felt overlooked. He's becoming very 'distant' with Durant. I think Harden is his replacement and we finally get to see Durant and Harden back together

The Nets are going to be must watch TV whether it gels together or crashes and burns, either way it’s going to be fun.

My two teams - Pistons are hopefully finally rebuilding properly. Just need to get Rose and Griffin off the roster somehow. Hornets - kind of feel they could do with one more bad season and a high draft pick but Lamelo has looked great already, some of the other young talent is taking a step up and Hayward has been money.

TBH I don't think Harden is a good fit they have 3 iso players but I rather have Kyrie than Harden

Kyrie clearly is going through something personally as his teammates are supporting even the ones that left

They had too many guard types and needed defence and went out and got Harden whilst losing their best Rim Protector
Jarrett Allen deserves better.
I dont know how DJ is still there. Jarrett was the future. If you're going to lose him you need a Vucevic in return

I mean this would be a killer team

Kyrie - Harris - Durant - Brown - Vucevic

Im a huge Vucevic fan

Also KD was guaranteed imo the MVP before this move. He is average 29 points on 55/48/86 shooting right now

DJ must be a special friend because he stopped being an effective player a long time ago.

KD can be a very good defender but that's too much of a load because he's the only one of the three I'd trust no matter what. They'll probably have to get someone like McGee now

Harden’s career for Nets is off to a good start. Two games in and a 32 pts average

The rumours have come out that they tried everything not to give up Allen but Cavs had the pick needed

Fair play to Houston they got a lot for a player that wanted out

If you had a time machine you would be get an awesome pre-injury Houston Team

Wall - Oladipo - Gordan - Woods - Cousins
