Played pretty well for Kosovo against England, got 2 assists (1st he almost under hit a simple pass but 2nd one was pretty decent) and won (dived) and scored a penalty too. For Kosovo he has 4 goals and 2 assists in his last 4 games.

He has a pretty underwhelming career until last season, where he scored 17 and assisted 8 in 34 games for a newly promoted team in the Turkish top flight which earned him a move to Fenerbahce, where he has so far scored 10 and assisted 3 in 16 games.

Doubt he is good enough for us though.

Yes please. Perfect late blooming tall target man. Berbatov was 24-25 before he was any good. Don't think I would say he is up to that level, but still a possibly good backup, with good off the ball movement.

Berbatov was good at 21, very good by 23 and world class by 26.

To put Muriqi's goal scoring into perspective, Papa Cisse (ex Newcastle) scored 1 less in 8 less games last season and has scored 2 more than Muriqi this season.

Well, he is no Berbatov... for the record, I state that, but think at a pittance could pay off with Mriqi

But just because I am a sucker

Berbatov 2003-2005(2 full season at BayLev) 45 goals /82 games = .52
Muriqi's last and current (unfinished) season 35/66 = .53

Of course the leagues are different, although, since I am having fun at my own expense, Bundesliga has long been the highest scoring league in general.

So in fact he is WAY better than Berbs..... (cough)

Cisse was good. Wasn't he like Loic Remy, in the category of good strikers that had chronic knee/injury issues that put everyone off. Like Charlie Austin, too.

Newcastle signed Cisse in the Jan window and he was great for the rest of that season, but whilst he has one other half season where he was good, he was poor in the other 2.

Could be a decent punt for backup striker. From what I've seen of him, he has a similar profile to Kane. He seems to have an impressive passing range and he's a good finisher - he's also tall and carries an aerial presence at 6'4''.

He put in a good performance for Kosovo against England with two assists, a flop, and a penalty. Check out that pass at 4:55.
