Moussa Sissoko believes he’s grown as a player and a person during his time at Spurs.

The France international midfielder first joined us from Newcastle United in 2016 but found top form hard to come by in his early stages with us as he looked to settle into our style.

Can only congratulate him on a quite astonishing turn around. He knows exactly what it takes to weather a storm so I hope the other players are listening to him at this precise moment. If they can show 50% of the fight Sissoko has in the last couple of seasons we'll sail out of our current slump and get right back on track.

Maybe it's more that everyone else has come down to his level!
A couple of years ago, our game was so much faster and the passing and interchange hard to keep up with as a fan let alone a player.
Now each pass in midfield has to be signed for in triplicate. It is fully documented. It suits his game.
I'm struggling to think of another reason for the dramatic change.

If it's true he has signed a long extension, then that is welcome as he is one of our better players under this system.

Everytime I see one of these interviews with a player quote I feel like the player does the exact opposite on match day

Was it, when tracking back into your own penalty area, for the love of God keep your arms DOWN!
