What's to say that Poch isn't responsible for this supposed lack of activity? We know that he wanted Schneiderlin, but we don't know that that's the case anymore. Just as we don't know if the board has been told by Poch that he wants a forward or LWF.

We do know that he has stated that he is happy with his squad, and his choice of strikers. How do we know that? Because he's said so. Why should it only be him previously stating he'd like Schneider, that supporters choose to remember? Isn't his statement about being happy with the squad just as worthy of consideration as his previous statement about wanting Schneiderlin?

I'm not a Levy lover, I'm not a Levy hater. I am however a supporter of THFC, and have been for 36 years of my 39 years of life, and I am able to bloody well appreciate where we are now, compared to where we were when we had Scholar, and then Sugar before ENIC came in.

Its a very sad day if he is happy with this squad but i never expected anything today We never do deadline day its all bollocks.
I have also supported the club a Long time longer than you in fact but My worry is not so much where We are now as i accept We are nothing to write Home about its about the future We are going to be so far behind the best teams its embarassing.
We are the nearly men We talk big but achieve Fuck all sadly.

If the arse have a bid accepted we need to pull our fingers out and go for it. As if MS leaves to a club other than us it could begin to sour what sounds to have been a good relationship between Poch and Levy.

We've already signed Stambouli, looks like we've moved on from him.

How can it be ill coneived when We still need to sort a couple of positions out but again have not addressed the issues unlike yourself i am not duped into blindly following Levy.
Of course you have your opinion but its funny how the Levy supporters on here when challenged back after dishing out what they have to say go very quiet.
If you had any sense of comprehension you would realize I was referring to the part I had highlighted in bold and not the whole post.

I am a Spurs supporter first and fore most, and if I believe Levy is the best option for this club in this point in time, I will support him. But..... I would be the first to decry him if I believe he was detrimental to the club I love. Do not make my message board fool you, as I am not Bob Marley either!

And who does achieve fuck all outside of City, Chel$ki and, until last season, Man Utd ? We aren't the only club in the world who can't compete with them, mate, and that's been the case for a bloody long time now. We can only hope it changes once the stadium is completed, then ENIC will sell & the new owners get the things right that ENIC have seemingly (not in my opinion) got wrong.

Boo hoo. We have a shitload of midfielders, bought a new one today and look like we're selling one and have loaned another. We've bought 3 new defenders and yet so much complain? wah wah.

I'm mostly content. We've got what we really needed, which was to bolster the defence. Have to say I'm disappointed not to land Schneiderlin. Not because I'm desperate for him, but because I do believe it was enitrely possible. Instead of getting in there quickly like Liverpool and United did we fannied around as usual and now Southampton don't want to sell.

I do think we needed one more option up top, be it a strikr or a wide forward/attacking mid type. Think we're still a bit stale there.

My biggest worry is creativity. We've got the potential to have a very solid midfield, one that can be tailored to opponents. But, if Eriksen and/or Lamela can't go, we're immediately limited in the creativity department. Add on to that that Eriksen hasn't been looking like himself, it's a huge worry for me. We need a consistent creative hub if we want this counter attacking side to work as we are going to need either a quality final ball or a quality first pass that sets off the counter.

We needed defenders yes but we needed pace and goals upfront and we havent addressed that! Im underwhelmed tbh and the cm dont move the ball forward quick enough!

Gaston Ramirez is being sold, so that puts the final nail in the coffin for this one.

Basically, they sell to every other fucker than us.

That's a bit of a kick in the balls.

Ramirez wasn't ever part of their plans anyway. We just got in late. One they sold Shaw, Lallana, Lambert and Lovren they weren't interested in doing any more major deals.

Gaston Ramirez is being sold, so that puts the final nail in the coffin for this one.

The final nail was the fact that they weren't even looking for another CM in. Wouldn't have sold if they couldn't get a replacement in.

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?
