Milan = No ticket

Hey guys!

Obviously there are going to be a huge number of spurs fans going to milan without a ticket.

Thought we could use this as an idea generator of how to get tickets while we are out there?

From what i have seen it should be ok anywhere in the ground for us apart from the North stand as that is where the "Ultras" sit?

You'll be able to get tickets. Just don't get really pished and act like tools and you will get in, the stadium won't be sold out.

The tickets go on general sale on the Inter website on the 12th of October...anyone else going to attempt to get them from there?

If you know anyone in Milan, get them to buy tickets on your behalf would be my suggestion, but make sure they put your name on the application.

Even if you get tickets in someone elses name, there is a form that can be filled in (in Italian, obviously) that you can take to the ticket office and the name will be changed to yours.

Touts selling tickets shouting out loudly "biglietti" and are located close to the ground, are more likely to be selling legit tickets and will complete the form for you. They are still selling illegally, but are "tolerated" by the clubs.

Touts further out and whispering "biglietti", are more likely to be more dodgy, some selling fake tickets without the accompanying form.

I'd suggest obviously wearing no colours if you sit in the neutral section.

As far as I have gathered, it isn't just Uefa rhetoric that names on tickets and identity need to match. It's obviously impossible for them to check everyone, but it is more likely it will be checked than say at WHL.

All of the above is based on some google searches, as whilst I have a ticket in the Spurs end, I know a lot of people who don't and are asking for help.

Also, the member "FSF" is from the Football Supporters Federation and will post useful information nearer the time, which is based on feedback they (the Federation) have received from fans of other teams that have gone to the San Siro.

They may or may not post stuff about tickets, but worth keeping an eye open for the thread.

And no, I cannot get anyone tickets :hand:

As I say, all of the above is based on what's out there on the internet, rather than any knowledge I personally have.

Matty p you are right, the forms are a part of Italian law to help with crowd trouble not a uefa rule but you should be ok if you you dont get pissed (very non italian) and act a bit of a cock. out side the ground will be a bit hostile but its all a part of the match for the locals

Thanks Steve.

I can't work out which section is which? How do you know which are behind the goal and which aren't?

click on each section of tickets on the right and an area should flash on the small map on the right

Blue section (curva sud) is below the Spurs fans.

I think, and I emphasise the word think, you should be okay there as the Ultras sit Curva Nord from what I have read.

From what i have read it is best to avoid both the north and south stands.

think i might go longside and try to get in the middle as much as possible surely less trouble there?

Thats assuming i dont get stabbed on the way in! Eek
