Skriniar and LaCroix would be a great blend of experience, youth, aerial ability, recovery pace etc.

The dream would be these two if we can shift out more players to pay for them.

Would be a phenomenal overhaul of our defence

(Edit: Andersen in, if we can't get Skriniar, would still be a net improvement IMO)

I used to take a similar approach in nightclubs with girls and if the end result is the same then there are going to be some very disappointed people in here

We'll have to secure a lot of sales to be making signings like this.

While I like the idea of signings of Tomayasu and Andersen I do think a quality, experienced defender is required.

Signing 3 of the defenders mentioned in this thread would completely transform us if we can also keep kane. If we only signed 3 and offloaded as much of the dross as possible and did nothing else I believe we would have had a great window. That includes offloading dele if needs be to raise the funds. Our defence has been absolutely killing is for 2-3 seasons now and it needs a complete overhaul. Can't see us Signing any more than 2 however.

Surely it would be (at best) Tomiyasu plus one out of Konde, Skriniar, Lacroix. Would still be a massive upgrade IMO.
