The simple fact is that none of us know, and so automatically assuming Dean to be at fault here is stupid.
“You can’t say that”
“Say that to the camera”
“You’ll never work again”
I think it’s a safe assumption that Dean said something inflammatory

I’m not biting anymore as you are clearly a wum

All that tells me is that you are too simple to understand that your taking offence at what I say does not automatically mean I’ve said something wrong

No mention of Poch telling him to repeat what he said to the camera so obviously a big chunk of conversation still missing. Poch invaded his personal space? Twat. FA took into account Poch had no previous and then hammered him with a fine and 2 game ban. Absolute bollocks.

Convenient that Dean left out his own comments from his statement.
Thunder****

If Poch invaded his personal space, what the f**k does Klopp do to officials, time after time after time?!?!

It’s the footballing equivalent of a bent cop. Poch is too much of a gent to call him out properly. We’ll never get the truth but Mike Dean, you know what you are. I don’t see how he can ref us again.

Of course we will. When Dean retires, he'll cash in with a book on all this crap.

I would love it if that’s what happens even though it sets a dodgy precedent. But if it does happen.... job done!

It’ll just be his version of the truth again. The version that protects him. He shat the bed and left the FA to clean it up. This should be the end of him. He can start writing the book today.

Also, it appears that Dean has mistaken ‘you know what you are’ with ‘what did you say’ or ‘you can’t say that’ seeing as that everyone who has seen the incident knows it was the latter that was said several times by Poch and Perez, which means his report is completely unreliable.

If he’s still sticking to ‘you know what you are’ then that means he’s left out a whole chunk of shit from the incident (which no doubt was written together with the assistant referees) which again means his version is unreliable.

Either way, his version of events is unreliable if he has failed to mention the ‘what did you say’ comments which meant he would’ve had to have said what he actually said to wind them up initially.

****.

Why does it? What if Dean said something along the lines of "blame yourself, not me", and they got offended at that? Would you consider that to be so out of order?

Yes, Poch is famous for flying off the handle at the slightest little thing. Dean made a comment that resulted in 3 of our coaching staff spinning round and confronting him at exactly the same time. It wasn't something trivial.

If and when he referees or officiates on the side line with us again the only song that needs to be sung is

YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU AAAARE
MIKE DEAN, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE

Utterly disgraceful.
That little weasel making out that he didn't say anything. If that was the case, why did Poch walk away then turn back? With Jesus incensed as well??
The FA are trying to cover this up and that is really not on at all.

"Mr Pochettino acted in a very irresponsible and aggresive (sic) manner. He wouldn't stop saying 'you know what you are, you know what you are'. I asked him to explain and he repeated 'you know what you are'. I then said on numerous occasions to go away at least 10 times and he wouldn't get out of my personnel (sic) space and then aggresively (sic) pointed his finger just a few inches from my face again saying 'you know what you are'."

There’s more sic in that paragraph than a baby’s bib. Lucky Dean doesn’t participate in the opponents’ fans thread.

It's clearly different for Klopp as the man who does these reports works in the Liverpool/Chester area and let's face it, is probably a Liverpool fan, hence the completely over the top second game of the ban being for Anfield.

Chester you say? 12 miles from Mike Dean’s home in the Wirral?

Yeah, I went full conspiracy mode.

I'm not sure it will win us any decisions but this is exactly what i thought - would love him to get a bit of stick.

I strongly believe refs need room to make mistakes in games and not be completely ripped apart for it however his personality is the antithesis of what a ref should stand for in a game. Seems to enjoy getting some limelight, not so much from being a top ref (i.e. not getting things wrong and letting games progress, well officiated) more so from acting out like a show off twat.
