Genuinely believe there’s more possibility of us signing Koulibaly than Aarons this window. 5% Koulibaly 0% Aarons.

Think we should go for Bogle at Derby. He'll be much much more attainable, won't cost the earth and he can do everything Aarons can do but potentially better.

If Chelsea don't come in for him then I hope we have a good chance. Seems quite a player.

Not sure why you attributed percentages to something that really doesn’t suit them, especially when they are guesswork based on your opinions.

If his heart is set on Chelsea you have to imagine that there has been contact between them. Sure, he supports the club but if he's going to turn down other good moves for him because he wants only Chelsea and they've not shown any interest in him then he's being pretty self-harming.

Was more of a joke buddy boy, but still don’t see Norwich selling Aarons in a relegation battle and I’ll believe it when I see it that Levy shells out the kind of money required for a 28 year old World Class CB.

How has he been this season? Would it be better to go after someone like Atal with pure pace or Aarons?

Maybe having KWP could prove a useful bargaining tool in this deal. Same position and given a run of games I can see him being a useful signing for Norwich

I believe Reece James is having a bit of a contract situation, following in the footsteps of Hudson-Odoi. They may well be keeping Aarons on ice in case James doesn't sign. Like you say it would take a strong will to turn down the likes of Spurs or Arsenal on the off chance Chelsea come in for you.

I may be wrong but Arrons seems a bit of a titch & lightweight but has some pace. I’d prefer a rb in the mould of Doherty.

Aarons is a solid player to be a RB backup. A bit like Ben Davies that you can rotate in and out, without being a bonafide starter. He may become that starter one day but he is not there yet. We need these type of squad players, and him being young and English, it would be a good signing for Spurs.

However I think this is a summer move after Norwich is relegated. A bit like the Sessegnon situation last year with Fulham.

I was more impressed with Lewis on the other side when we played them. He blocked almost every one of Auriers attempted crosses. Maybe he's not normally that good though and is a couple years older.

If it’s £30 million and we are certain he’s the guy who we think can be our number one right back for the next few seasons then we should do it. Especially if Norwich are willing to let him go.

I guess we will need to convince him how much he will play, but if he can’t get Aurier out of the team I think we’d all be surprised.

Signing a right back now would also tell Aurier he’s not convincing enough, which would hopefully lead to him leaving in the summer.
