I guess we're all entitled to an opinion....well here's mine. How the hell is he a snake?! Levy fired him! What is he supposed to do? The guy is a football manager and he went to manage another club after he was fired. Had he been offered the Chavs job when he was still with us and Levy did what he could to keep him, I would have a bit of animosity towards the guy but that was not the case. Since being fired he's not said anything negative about the club unlike some other managers.Posting that Chelsea snake isn't humorous

Yes we need to move on, his time came and went but to be calling the guy a snake, considering what he did at the club with limited resources, I wish him all the success in his career.
Grossly offensive.
I still love him. He's just like an ex I can't get over. I think the ship had sailed and it was right to sack him when we did, and I don't think he's the answer now either. But those five years were the best five years were the best five years I've had as a Spurs fan.
interesting point. possibly the squad suits him the most now since he leftI still love him. He's just like an ex I can't get over. I agree in principle, but I just can't back the manager if I think he's the wrong man. I just don't see it ever working unfortunately, but that's for a whole number of reasons. The major one for me though is no strong philosophy manager that requires all the moving parts to fit will ever succeed under our board, regardless of what the philosophy is.There was a time when his return would have been right. It’s gone. The only change we need right now is our attitude when things aren’t going our way. Enough of this bullshit of hounding out a manager and looking for the next vicitm. Back the manager, ride the rollercoaster and maybe we’ll be able to build something with Ange. It’s the only good option we have with Levy in charge as he and ENIC are Spurs fans’ biggest obstacle.
I think Poch was the right manager, tbf, and in another universe we win the league in 15/16 and/or 16/17.The reality is that there's no right manager under this regime. Never will be. It's best to come to terms with the odd cup final every now and then and a ceiling of competing for top 4 at most.
That's it. That's ENIC Tottenham.
Agree. But there’s a case for every manager not working under Levy. But it’s Ange’s fuck you attitude that appeals to me the most in this situation. He wants to win and with style, and he doesn’t care what we think while he delivers that. Which is good, as generally the people who whine about this the most are the ones I have little time for.I agree in principle, but I just can't back the manager if I think he's the wrong man. We weren't mature enough in 15/16 IMO, despite being closest challengers for most of the spring. 16/17 was the one, and had we not left WHL that summer 17/18 could've been a real title push as well. Taking a couple of months to adapt to Wembley undid us.I think Poch was the right manager, tbf, and in another universe we win the league in 15/16 and/or 16/17.
He certainly came closest. And ultimately, even after those efforts the club did what it always does. Not enough but the bare minimum.I think Poch was the right manager, tbf, and in another universe we win the league in 15/16 and/or 16/17.
