I probably wouldn’t trust chat gpt to get this kind of thing right tbh. Everton are owned by an Iranian, Palace are owned by an American, Newcastle are owned by Saudi Arabia…oh, and last I checked Tottenham Hotspur were owned by ENIC (short for English national investment company.)

Come on Sofla, this is basic stuff.

Using chatgpt as a shortcut is the most American thing ever. Which got me thinking, maybe Chelsea should just let chatgpt run things. Surely couldn't do worse than Boehly.

I asked it who Chelsea should sign and who they should get as a manager, and it suggested Nagelsmann and then signing Declan Rice, Victor Osimhen, Joško Gvardiol, Rafael Leão, and Jude Bellingham (I don't think it has information on what transfers happened last summer because it still thinks these players are at their old clubs).

Also asked it this:

I'm pretty impressed

It’s basically a very sophisticated magic 8 ball isn‘t it.

in the meantime, do you think this is an american thing or is it the modern world in general?

Technically, Tottenham are owned by ENIC Sports, INC - incorporated in The Bahamas, which is itself owned by ENIC Sports and Development Holdings Limited - incorporated in The Bahamas. Levy is a 29% shareholder in ENIC Sports and Development Holdings Limited, with the Lewis Family Trust owing the remainder.

Where are the decision makers of the last 20 years at Tottenham from? I’ll give you a clue, it starts with an E and ends with a D.

Blindly trusting an AI to do your work? Or running a football club badly?

Man Utd would be the death knell for his reputation.

I thought PSG and their locker room of globetrotters was a terrible fit for him and it proved to be. He should've learnt from that but still ended up at Chelsea, another club not known for long term projects.

If he goes to Utd he will be the next manager to go through the 18 month cycle that has ruined many managers before him.

No, hes a good enough Manager to turn things around there as the second half of this season has proved. Someone posted an available line up for a United team on another page and to be fair if Poch can get it firing then its a pretty decent looking team and thats before they splurge £150m this summer potentially bringing in his own players.

Im praying he doesnt end up there but i think its nailed on and it wouldnt surprise me if he'd already been giving the nod which is why hes happily walked away from Chelsea.

Ratcliffe tried to get Poch twice at Nice. He will 100% go for him again or be bottom of the list if he has rejected them twice.

Jim couldn't give two hoots about Nice though, he only bought them because they're near his Monaco gaff.

Who knows though. I don't have the insight into Ineos that I used to.
