This is my assumption too.
Norgaard who was with him previously. Cochrane who was with us previously.
Andrews who is the set piece coach.
None have any historic affiliation with Brentford.
O’Connor is a one club man as a player, so can see him staying.

We've kept on Matt Wells (for now) so unless he's going to accept a demotion from assistant manager, I wouldn't be surprised if Norgaard is the one that doesn't come with Frank.

I really hope Cochrane joins because he's very highly thought of as a coach, hence why Tuchel has him as part of his England setup.

Was finalised yesterday for Frank himself, negotiating for his staff carried it on until the evening. It sounds like there are 3 coming but not sure who.

I would guess Claus Norgaard (Assistant), Justin Cochrane (Coach), & Keith Andrews (Set Piece Coach)

Then Rob Burch & Matt Wells would also most likely stay on too.

Brentford fans would really love to keep Cochrane, some even to make him their next manager. Let's see if he follows Frank here. He was also our youth coach for a while and he's a member of Tuchel's coaching staff for England.

Yeah he's the one I want

Happy Thomas Frank Day 🇩🇰

I've obviously been Ange Out for some time now so I've had plenty of time to think about who I wanted to replace him. Was Frank my #1 choice?! No he wasn't. But he was probably my #1 realistic choice. I've spent plenty of time recently watching videos of him and the more I see the more excited I become. I can't wait to see what he can get out of this squad, with a few additions of course!
The thing is I agree with most of what you say, but the common denominator AGAIN will be if he’s back with HIS preferred choice of signings, or 18 months and we’re here talking about the same thing.

I don’t want to derail the thread, so il live in hope.

We go again… will never forget Ange and the glorious night in Bilbao, but as Spurs fans we must all aboard the Thomas the Frank Engine train.

I have zero faith in the people running the club, until they prove otherwise. This revamp behind the scenes is still a big unknown. If there's no input from his lowness, things might, might, change.

But unless there's tangible, effective change, we will chew him up and spit him out, just like we have done with managers so many times before.

All signings will be data led. He's used to working in that model. He's a coach rather than a manager.

It is a pleasant surprise that the club appear to have identified who they wanted early, got talks started and have sealed the deal within a relatively swift timeframe. Certainly much better than how we have worked in the past.

I guess the downside is that he’ll take a while to settle on a formation that suits our players.
The difference is that he’s not starting at point zero. We have good (or even excellent) players. Players that should be capable of defending in the meantime, whilst he gets his systems and ideas across. Dare I say grind out a few early results.

I'm very excited to have Thomas Frank come in.

Feels like the right profile of manager to suit the direction the club has been going transfer wise.

Might actually be some joined up thinking going on for once.

It's pretty clear they have known who they wanted for weeks if not months imo.

I've been pissing around in the Sahara for the last two days, dreading getting back to civilisation and catching up on the latest in our manager hunt circus.

So this is a pleasant surprise this morning.

Not sure if that is a compliment or not

getting a manager that works on a shoe string to complement the direction the club has been going transfer wise
