We've had 5 shots on target in the last 3 matches. Blame it all on ENIC if you like, but there's just no way in the world we don't have a squad capable of doing better than that. Against Sheffield United, Everton, and a Bournemouth team that have shipped goals for fun this year and lost 17 of 22 before us. Our manager gets paid £15m and can't get any more than that out of the team. It's unforgivable.

Doesn’t matter if we have a DOF. Levy ultimately signs the Cheques. A DOF could find a pure gem under levy and we’d still sign Lee trundle cos he’s cheaper.

We have a habit of doing this.

How many of Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Ashley Young, Darren Fletcher etc would have been considered top 4 players.

Well they won the PL title in 2013 and finished 7th the year after with people baffled as to how they did win it.

The truth is players playing with confidence, in a system that works will always appear to be a good team. We are low on confidence and are adjusting to a new system, probably a few players have had enough too.

If Timo Werner or Ziyech or whoever else came into this team right now we'd be wondering if we signed a dud because they'd play just as poorly as some of this lot.
Also Ashley Young and Smalling would still be an upgrade.

lets see how that works out when the stadium is half empty week on week
As a lifelong fan of 54 years supporting them, I sadly wish that happened. But just cannot see it. Would love to see ST drop by say 150%, including waiting list. But I see ENIC using excuses that no money etc. Think we have been mugged off. Yes! Wonderful Hotspur way & fantastic stadium. We will hear that as their legacy for the next light years, but sod all on field success.
NOTE:
I added this note, as I do know light years is measuring distance and not time! But hopefully you get my drift?

We also have been not conceding silly goals. If we didn't have fullbacks who are incapable of taking on their man, the system would probably be working.

But we haven't, so it isn't, so by your own reasoning it is the wrong system

Dare I say, we may be playing boring football, but at some point we gotta blame the fact that this team has run it’s course. Blame the tactics, blame the ref, blame the manager, but no one wanted this game. Regardless of supply to Harry, only so much can be blamed on Mourinho.

Tbf I went to the home game vs Newcastle and we were pub league bad. We were shit under Poch this year and last. Not sure what the answer is but I think we will be a upper mid table europa team for a long while again now. It was fun whilst it lasted.

We are devoid of attacking ideas. The players look scared stiff / caught in headlights. It’s so sad.

He’s lost it, the plot, the dressing room. Levy fell for a right one here. Jose flirting with him, showing some leg, Danny fell for it.

Lets be honest. This all goes back to ENIC's self imposed 18 month transfer ban. Not Poch's fault. Not Jose's fault. We all knew deep down it would set us back and lead to a few very painful years. And we all also know deep down ENIC will not do what it required to bring us out of this mess they've left us in.

the trouble is we all know that no one will buy us for 2b, and invest another billion on players when they could go and buy Newcastle who have a big stadium or even wet spam who like City rent a big stadium and get away with only spending the 1 bill to make them compete.

unfortunately and yes I know I've backed them because the funds for transfers where used to cover the building of our stadium and did affect spending unless they invested their own money but like Chelsea we would have been in more debt as it would have been a loan from them, but I think we are stuck with them unfortunately or will end up with even worse like a Kronke who will use us to build their other interest
