Now I didn’t want Mourinho. Was totally against it. But I have to say, inviting the ballboy to the team meal was a lovely touch.

Yep, that’s all I got.

I do sympathise with the injury situation Jose has inherited... but the performances are just getting worse and worse by the week same with the tactics. What concerns me most with Jose is it is plain for us all to see this team needs a massive clear out. But I’m just not sure Jose is the right man to be allowed to do this given he is generally seen as a short term appointment.

Much better in the second half.

But the Aurier sub was a step back again. It's like he's afraid. I'd rather lose by having a go, than losing like cowards like he's been making us play these last games

We could've won that after the positive tactics. Gedson or Sessegnon for Lamela instead of Aurier

We can definitively play much better than we are playing right now. It's up to Mourinho. If he continues to make us play like the first half with 5 cbs I fear he won't be here by the end of the season

Jose deserves credit today for making positive changes at half time and turning the game around somewhat

Although I think he was largely cleaning up his own mess, correcting a poor initial tactic, but he recognised it wasn't going well and wasn't too stubborn to change things

I don't think the Lamela/Serge sub was the right call

I also think it's another 2 bad points lost that could be costly

But at half time I thought we were surely going to lose, so you could look at it as a valuable point that could be priceless (one more than we got up there last year)

I can only blindly hope Jose brings some magic on Tuesday and somehow gets us past the Red Bull Germans

People who actually want him sacked are absolutely pathetic :ROFLMAO:
They are not! They expect something and are impatient, maybe, but everyone can see in what direction this is going. Mou is risking to lose the dressing room now. What is he going to say? "Look guys! Especially you Erik and Lucas.. We are missing Sonny and Harry. That's the reason why we are bad, you know. They are so much more capable and classy players than you are".. ?

As I keep saying, we may as well just get up the pitch and try to 'out football' teams. This lot cant do many a thing, but it sure as shit cannot play sit and soak football. That might be different after the summer, but not as of now.

Hope the penny drops.

I agree that it's not fair to expect him to create a winning team from his existing players. However, my worry is that we have 1 chance at rebuilding the side, and I'm not sure it's Mourinho that I want to be given that opportunity.

The sacking talk is nonsense if only for the fact that Levy isn’t paying off Mourinho 6 months after paying off a still-unemployed Poch.

Fair but he's here now so you might as well get behind him.

Well explained, I was only (trying to) joking about the lack of early signings we tend to make as we famously like to do our business too late on in the window

well before the stadiums finances we a lot of the time had to wait late because other clubs sometimes got wind of them and out done us on wages. last season we got them in late because Lo Celso was at the copa, and Sessengnon was injured.

lets hope we are earlier anyway
