Whats funny is the amount of 'flippers'...I know 4 years is a long time, but fair play to the 'no fucking way lot' who are still 'no fucking way' today.

Another thread with massive potential, expose peeps for jokes

This was my comment:

I'd rather have fetty Wap in charge than Jose

:)

Finally got to the end of this thread!

What's with all the comments? What do you think this is, some kind of discussion place?

Sheesh!

Stupid bloody idea. In 2015 he clearly hadn’t become the chilled out entertainer he is today.

I heard he’s taking the whole squad to Frozen 2 on Sunday, followed by McDonald’s, no matter the result against West Ham. He’s the Dad I wish I had.

What is it with the footballing Irish that they keep wanting to change nationality?

One interesting thing about Mourinho, his teams have always been built on great CB partnership. His teams spines have been built on this whereas Pep has built his teams on great fullbacks

Look at Mourinho's success stories and their CB's
Porto - Costa & Carvalho
Chelsea - Terry & Carvalho
Inter - Lucio & Samuel
Real Madrid - Carvalho/Ramos & Pepe
Chelsea - Terry & Cahill
Man Utd - Bailly, Rojo & Blind

Clearly we can see why the last one went horribly wrong

Hopefully, Vertonghen and Alderwiereld stick around for Jose to build a team around them

Given that over half the members on here were in favour of keeping Poch, and under 25% wanted Mourinho as next manager last week - I’d be interested to see how people would vote in a straight Poch vs Jose poll now that Mourinho being here is a reality

Its all mind games only winners get to eat

Or so he would have you think! Can you imagine what it’s like with Mou, I’d be so suspicious that everything is a “test of character” and start second guessing my decisions so that I could impress him. That is part of his genius, as John Terry and Lampard said, he has that amazing ability and presence that just makes you want to go full out and impress the guy.

Can you imagine how great it must have been for young Japhet to have Mourinho come up to him and say about him marking Ronaldo. The buzz he would have got from that would have been unreal, a young lad learning his trade being recognised by one of the best in the business.

This is why I think Mourinho is such a good appointment, he is next level, a winner wherever he has been who has a reputation for not taking any shit and not accepting failure. I personally think Dele could thrive under someone like him, time will tell.
