Said it a few weeks ago and I’ll say it again, Jose is perfect for us right now. Maybe not long term, but for the next 2-3 years we need that winning mentality to be instilled in our players. We need some ruthlessness when it comes to tactics and personal, we need trophies.

This man is probably the only available candidate that can deliver those things and so much more to our club. Yes he has his faults like everyone else, but I’m willing to look past that and look at his record. It speaks for itself.

I love Poch with all my heart but I feel a manager like Mourinho could be precisely what we need. An arrogant, cut throat, smug bastard who is win at all costs. Everyone hates us anyway. Why not go all in on it and thrive on the hate? Bring it on.
I love it when Happy Hank emerges

If he doesn’t win we’re left with an arrogant, cut throat, smug bastard. That’ll be fun.

This squad is made for Mourinho....

  1. No expectation having to fill in likes of Fergie as he did in United
  2. No expectation that United had & constant self made City comparison
  3. No expectation like having to be compared with Mourinho Chelsea version with version 2
  4. No big daddy Florentino Perez pressure
  5. No external pressure to play or not play players like Rooney
  6. No egoistical players in Spurs current squad
  7. 2 Best players of Spurs squad Kane & Son are the best students of the game and rolemodels
  8. He is taking over a tactically aware team. Squad is primed to hit the form, as long as there is focus
  9. Unlike Chelsea V2 or United, he gets 2 star strikers which he couldnt get or buy
  10. Our Players will look up to him & learn from him. Like in Porto , Inter he gets to mould his team his own way without zero outside pressure or expectation. Jose got into trouble of those outside pressure. Squad & XI is a better squad than United.
IMO he will fit us perfectly for what we want - Trophies, including winning the PL if things goes our way

I genuinely can’t stand the bastard. Think he’s one of the most unlikeable men in football, with an outdated, staggeringly boring approach to football. He’s ex-Chelsea, ex-relevant and extremely irritating.

Luckily, I’m fickle, shallow and lack the backbone to stand behind my beliefs, so if we win something this year, I’ll probably just forgive him and decide to love him instead.

As much as I dislike him and the damage he's capable of doing, if we want to turn a corner and become a ruthless, successful team, rather than the soft touch or the tryers, he's probably better than anyone.

Something about him being Spurs manager doesn't sit right with me, but I would've said the same thing about signing Suarez, Costa, Zlatan etc and still would have loved them as soon as they started performing well.

That's what he has to do; win. If not, he'll get far less time than Poch received. Whatever happens, it'll be interesting.

I just can't wait until we start keeping clean sheets on the regular again. The guy churns them out for fun.

Winning 1-0 every week suits me down to the ground.

Gooners are going to be fucking bricking it. Good.
With all the AFTV stuff in recent years I’d forgotten about Arsemania. Just had a quick google to see if they still existed or had their domain reclaimed by bum enthusiasts. They’re still going. And have clearly lost the plot.

The way I see it , I would be worried if arsenal sacked emery and got mourinho in.
We need trophies and whether you like him or not he is A proven winner .
I will get behind the team 100%

We might actually beat the top sides or at least not get hammered by them. I know we drew 2-2 with arsenal but we got battered 2nd half, lost 2-1 to Liverpool but battered, 2-2 city destroyed

The way I see it, we have won fuck all for what seems like ever.
We were very much nearly men under poch, and whilst I was fine with that as I loved Poch being our guy, it’s time we stopped becoming the laughing stock of the league.

make no bones about it Mourinho wins, at all costs.

levy and mourinho would have spoken about what he needs and wants, there’ll be assurances or written agreements in place.

If it can happen, make it happen is what I say, expect us to be more ruthless in cup comps and a lot tighter at the back, more tactically aware etc

25 points in the last 24 league games... so, so bad
