So ur suggesting we simply beat teams cause of length of time in charge? Ok, il bite? What would u do in charge of us rn?
I’d realise the owners aren’t prepared to do what’s necessary, so I’d engineer a payoff by gobbing off in press conferences and digging the players out, turning he dressing room toxic...leaving the little shitehawk in charge no option but to pony up.
It’s what anyone in Anges position should do.

What should we have done then?

Ah let me tell you...

i) You dont play the midfield we played for starters. Its far too open.
ii) In game management - why would you not bring on Bergvall but bring in 2 other fwds....when its clear problem is creativity.
iii)Why would you keep playing Son when its evident he wasnt having good day ?
iv) why would you not shout at your defense to go long and mix it up - afterall 1st or 2nd half, there was no midfield - so may be just go long to your forwards ?

You brought it up as an excuse for today, I'm saying it's irrelevant. Imo it doesn't matter how long anyone has been in charge of who ever the opposition is. The game plan to play against us will be exactly the same because it's easy and it works.
Wasn’t so easy for the teams we beat? Ur gurning a lot but have no real answers, it’s football, I expected us to get beaten today because they are the better team. They scored from a set piece, people on here losing shit for absolutely no reason. Who really thought we were gonna boss the game and win easily? It’s the same on every same on every fan forum we win who cares what shite we play we lose and we are fucked, it’s total hyperbole.

Take a risk. Fire off a few venomous shots, even if they were to end up in the stand. Show some intent. Fire up the crowd! We play safe in front of their defence, the crowd got frustrated, the players got frustrated. We use the word ‘dare’ a lot at the club but there was nothing daring about it. We rolled over for their small time mentality tactics. No fight, just an endless amount of patient play until the final whistle blew.

Well, in past 17 games, we have only beaten relegated or relegation threaten teams + a 10 man Villa.
I guess your bar is just too low for us. 🤷‍♂️

The cycle will continue. Ange gone by Christmas. Nothing will change with ENIC in charge. Ended up with Werner and that Burnley player when we wanted Eze etc. our quality players will leave because we will never win anything.

I think we did ok today. I think the way Ange set up was fine. But ultimately we lack real quality, especially in attack. We have mainly invested in potential and that shows.

The problem is we only ever play one way, so we're predictable and that makes it easier for the opposition to prepare.

Must admit that was really deflating to watch live, and the same problems are persisting with our decision making and final ball.

Bringing on Timo Werner against a low block is stupidity.
Bergvall would have been the correct decision.
Ange will be gone if he carries on making the wrong decisions.

Give Ange a call then, I’m sure he’s just looking for the sack and doesn’t want to be a success as a football manager.

Can you not see the irony here? Ange’s biggest criticism is he is too attacking, then when we’re too attacking he’s too open? We lost a tight game off football, it happens, I don’t think the arsenal fans were to loving their style of play, but they got a goal so why the fuck should they care?

I’ve never had a problem with attacking football. The criticism was probably for kamikaze football. Today was neither.

Ange wont be gone by christmas. His tactics will be enough for us to beat lesser teams and Europa group sides...

I expect us to finish top8 in PL. He will survive the season atleast. But I have zero expectations on his ability to take us to next level just because, the bloke is either too stubborn or just dont have the grasp of how to set up in high level PL football

Well maybe Ange is trying to sort the balance? Do you think Ange is trying to sabotage himself with his tactics or do you think he is doing what is right by what he has seen during the week?
