I can't say I know anything about them.

But from doing a bit of research, Hibs fans weren't exactly enamored with Montgomery.

Maybe he will turn out to be a better coach though.

Plenty of exceptional coaches have failed as head coach/manager.

They can make superb training programmes and prepare the players well but they may be useless at picking an 11, making subs, man managing players, delegating, etc etc
