Yeah I disagree. The booing at half time in games, the disgusting shit Emerson was getting last season just for being selected etc. it's not the first time the supporters have let the club down. You can argue how much it's justified, but whether it is or it isn't it does not help the situation it only makes it worse.
Oh I fully agree with this. And it's a weird situation where you're playing well and you can feel the fans aren't fully onside, but I do think you're giving yourself a battle if you're going after the fans during a poor run. They pay a lot of money to be there, after all.

Why didn’t we go toe-to-toe with Wolves, Fulham, and Chelsea? The mentality definitely needs to change. We should never want to lose a game, but the tribalism in football has brought this on.
Because not all teams play the same way and quite a few managers have figured out how to nullify our already-misfiring attack... It's players, it's coaching, it's mentality... but today he got pissed off listening to our own fans celebrating us losing, in a very unique scenario, and he didn't like it. Calling him a hypocrite for that is so wide of the mark, it's laughable.

I wasn’t at the game but it seemed the “are you watching Arsenal”chants near the end came from the city fans. Admittedly, the only thing I could hear from our fans was the occasional stand up of you hate Arsenal but we sing that every game (though not the only thing we sing lol)

Didnt, came from the upper south stand where I was

If anyone is annoyed by his comments without watching the whole press conference, then I suggest you watch the whole press conference.
You may feel differently about what he reportedly said.

I get where Ange is coming from. You have a chance to play champions league and your own fans don’t give a shit, no “12th man”. What if we are in the same position next season and the season after that. At some point we are going to have focus on ourselves and let Arsenal do whatever they are doing. We are biting of our own noses to spite our face
He’s said all season he doesn’t give a shit about fourth mind. Can’t expect anyone else to care especially after 5 losses out of 6.

Ange is absolutely right. This attitude of let’s hope we lose to City to deny Arsenal the title is ridiculous. Does anyone actually hate Arsenal that much that you’d deny Spurs glory to harm Arsenal? If so, you’re pathetic.

I, for one, don’t care who wins the title if it’s not Spurs. If anything, I’d take encouragement from an Arsenal title as it would prove that we could do it too since we have similar revenues and infrastructure.

Meltdown by a manager who plays Skipp at left back. Who refuses to play gio. And constantly plays bissouma who jogs around with his shorts half way down his backside and playing Son up front game after game doing jack shit. Doesn’t look like he wants to win every game picking the same lot over and over.

It’s probably a good thing he’s coming to this realisation about the state of the club as a whole before summer rather than halfway through next season. That being said it doesn’t really matter what he says, in the end of the day it is more about the business that gets done over summer and whether or not he is able to go into next season with a squad of his players. Players he trusts to play his way.

If we don’t have a good summer window then everything he says in regards to his long or short term targets for the team is kind of meaningless. He can be as outraged or determined as he likes, it won’t really change anything. The summer will be key to our future with Ange more so than any post match press conference, full time team talk or press interview he does.

Omg. This is such a silly comment.

Well it hasnt been the fans picking the same group of under performing players every week.

I know he dropped Maddison recently but there's been some strange selections/omissions to say the least.

And VDV at LB was obvious weeks ago

Not sure how that promotes a strong mentality within the group.

Hearing 'COYS' belted out after going 2-0 down was horrific by our fans. Keep fucking quiet at least.

If I was the manager, I'd be having thoughts of packing it in - it makes you realise how small mentality a lot of the support truly are.

He's not going after the fans he's going after everything that's wrong with the club. People don't like hearing home truths sometimes, but if things are to change it needs to be said and everyone involved needs to take some responsibility. Other wise we'll keep this routine of replacing managers every 18 months and rinse and repeat until we all kark it without seeing any success.

He literally explained why he didn’t play VDV at LB before now?

You’ve been posting the same shite all day. Maybe it’s time to stop.
