I’m a huge supporter of Ange, but West Ham now above us and if we don’t win at Arsenal then Man united go above us too if they beat Southampton at home. I really hope we can start to put a run of form together

There’s still half a season to go and a number of players returning from injury. We’ll be fine.

Chances are we will be 14th in the league come the weekend. Regardless of whether you’re Ange in or out, that’s pretty damn concerning.

We need some points on the board and quick!

all ifs and buts of course, but an Ipswich win and Spurs defeat sees us 5 points outside the bottom 3

I mean if you're going turn on Ange, expecting him to win at a stadium that we rarely win at, isn't the place to start imo.

It’s not a must win game (other than it’s Arsenal obviously) but for me I do feel it’s a must not lose game for us at the moment. I wouldn’t say sack him if we lose or nothing but I feel a loss, particularly a bad one, isn’t good and will again feel a bit like the beginning of the end.

It’s the Brentford and Leicester games after that that will be the key ones though, imo.

Yeah - I don't get this sudden doom and gloom as though this match will be a deciding factor.

Plenty for this team to still play for - 1 win from a Cup final, 2 important Europa League matches to get to the knockout stage, still in FA Cup.

We are still a few weeks from getting some key players back.

Outside chance still of bringing in a new attacking player this month.

We have just signed a new #1 keeper.

Players like Bergvall and Gray are playing themselves into the starting XI.

Worrying about the league table in mid-January is madness. It does not matter. Get healthy and then go on a bit of a run, and see where we are in May.

And I think that’s when Levy starts to load the gun
I'm one of the last of a dying breed of those that think he's actually been good for the club on balance over his tenure. But if he sacks Ange after losing to Arsenal away then I'll fully throw my BSoDL membership card in the bin and set it on fire.

The squad is fucking decimated and we need to get some players back fit in Feb and see where we go from there. I don't know who we'd even think about bringing in anyway, but we could get Klopp in on loan as an interim and he wouldn't be able to do much with the shambling corpse we're currently digging up every 3-4 days.

Get through this one and we've got some nice fixtures coming up to get some points on the table and/or get the blood pumping. It's all going to be fine. Stay the course.
