I know this will never work - but, today's result makes it pretty clear that the players all believe in Ange, and that Levy and Lange are not going to make a change until the summer - if they make a change at all.

So, lets all agree to re-visit the Ange in/Ange Out argument in May on Sunday , and see how the rest of the season week plays out.

Watching on Sky Sports and he is deffo a bit annoyed by the questions. Maybe a bit of siege mentality kicking in and it's got that vibe of a man desperately wanting to prove the doubters wrong.

Absolutely. I think we looked quite different tbh. Less risks, more measured and varied how we played out. It didn't take anything away from our intent and it was a breath of fresh air tbh. I'll caveat this by saying this was against Liverpool and I'll be very interested to see how we look to play against "lesser teams" but I'm very encouraged by tonight's all round performance and game plan.
Small sample but its the first time there has been hope that he is learning to adapt.

The one thing I noticed is we didn't committ as many going forward anywhere near as often.

Porro and Spence slightly more conservative with their positioning.

Feels like constant digs and mockery by taking things out of context and beating him around the head with it

Had a few pints. Back to America from my trip over to Europe/London from the 2-2 draw where the atmosphere was OK but a bit toxic. Haven't read a message on here....

How do you not back him after tonight. The players gave it their all and I fully believe if we get ANY sort of injury luck and a few signings we will finish the season like we started last.. theyre trying to play the right way too....

Seems these young prospects are actually more ready now than some of our more experienced players
Ange needs to be brave.

When we get healthy in the back line - needs to trust Gray in CM.

Needs to trust Bergvall to get more minutes, even if just off the bench at 60'

I thought Ange pulling Son today was a good sign - because Son was exhausted, and needed fresh legs to replace him. Old Ange has been reluctant to do that.

I've said this before - but I despise the pundits so much - that I desperately want Ange to win a trophy this season - not for the club, not for the players, not for me, but just to shut those wankers up about Ange and the 2nd season.

Can't wait to see him there. He has shown so much maturity and consistency that you would think he would be an upgrade there

Yeah fuck it I’m back to being fully Ange In.

Back this guy to the hilt, Levy, you little bald bastard.

The whole interview was brilliant. I'm sat on the sofa half a terry's chocolate orange deep and I'm ready to get my boots on and give him 90 minutes of running if he asks me.

I have been Ange out for a long time. But first time in 1.5 season, I have seen Ange side playing with resilience and showing common sense.

Ange may not want to admit it, but looks like messaged has gotten through finally and he has made tactical changes. Spence & Porro ,especially did not venture much forward. Even when Bergvall was covering so much distance, there was always cover at the back.

More of the same needed

Also, feel Kinsky coming out of box to play between Gray & Dragusin think helped us so much today. He was the extra man - think he avoided quite a few attacks getting to the ball first.
