How do you know when he has hardly played for the First Team ?because he is surplus to our squad just like Gil?
It’s a bit of a harsh judgement based on so few minutes played. Yep I get he’s had a shocker injury wise but he looked good for the most part when he’s played and I still feel he needs another crack before we can make a balanced judgementbecause he is surplus to our squad just like Gil?
We have loaned Werner for another season and are still looking to sign a striker and a winger, it is likely that he wouldn't get many playing time even he recovers from injuryHow do you know when he has hardly played for the First Team ?
Do you think he is good enough or has enough potential to be a CL level winger. As this is what we need. It’s a bit of a harsh judgement based on so few minutes played. Agreed I thought he looked dangerous. Offered something different to our other wingers. He could be a useful weapon. IF he can stay fitMust be in a minority because I thought he looked good in the few appearances before his injury.![]()
That's why I think we should give him the next season to see if he can maintain his fitness and availability. I remember that Burnley game and he was excellent in it.Agreed I thought he looked dangerous. Offered something different to our other wingers. He could be a useful weapon. IF he can stay fit
There’s a difference in what he’s posting versus what resulted in bans.Few players in Europe were banned or had their contracts terminated for doing it for pro Palestine Instagram posts. So I would imagine so yes.
That's fine and it's up to you.I just have no desire to give him the time or the goodwill.
Very well saidThat's fine and it's up to you.
I'd like to see a little more of him playing football first, before I make my mind on him.
I couldn't care about his race, religion, political view or anything else, as long as he's not racist, homophobic, a complete dick, inflammatory etc, I only care about what he can do for us on the pitch and I've not seen enough to make a clear judgement yet.
Blimey, is this just rehashing an old story or does the chairman keep bringing this up every few months?![]()
