I can’t see why there is any argument from Orient, the bye needs to be awarded and everyone needs to move on. Leyton Orient are my second team, I’m local raised. I don’t want this at all - I’d love Spurs to play them but is it realistic?
There we go. Chelsea on Tuesday.

Only a few days until the Chelsea cup game and we are none the wiser? Should have outright given us a bye straight off. None of us know whether to prepare for a game on Tuesday at all.
Yeah it's hard work logging onto SC and talking a load of bollocks for a couple of hours :D

I’m off to go coughing down Kings Road to try to get us to a final.

cough a friggin lot

at least Chelsea main sponsors CARABAO will be happy that their competition won't be delayed and their teams opposition will be fielding a lot weaker team due to a more important fixture 2 days after

The usual voices will moan about this ruling but I don’t see how the EFL could have reached any other decision.

Liverpool friend of mine argues it would be more fair to solve it in a penalty shootout or to draw the winner.
Probably need to rethink this friendship...

As others have mentioned, we will probably be waiting until either:

a) the outcome of our EL game on Thursday (to see if we have more EL games coming in our schedule)

b) the outcome of Chelsea's game with Barnsley (same principle as above but for Chelsea with CL)

Friday would be my guess

Not one for blowing my own trumpet... but do-do-dooo ?

Honestly I’m already tired of Leyton fans complaining about the EFL and fans from other clubs having something to say

We all knew the rules before the competition started and we helped them out with the tests and financially especially us supporters

But why is no one talking about how irresponsible and idiotic Leyton Orient was for playing players even though they knew they was ill?? They should get a hefty fine and maybe even points deducted, I’m tired of the goofy love they’re getting
