For a semi-final (and for a club starved of recent success) that is utterly embarrassing. You can't even use the price argument on this one as £37 seems good value.

And we joke about City's empty seats...
Agree, there were about 3,000 tickets left when I looked. Everyone has there reasons but it’s odd that people will complain about a lack of success but this is our 1st semi final in 3 years and they don’t attend

Other fans get it and realise we are being led up the garden path and taken for granted.

Nice to see people picking up on that it's not an expectation to win, but to compete with the funds the club now generate. I had no idea who Stunpegg, was until the other day when i had a random video in my youtube feed. It's about Swindon and their fans being fed up with their owners and wanting them out. I found it quite interesting seeing her in and round the fans during the protests and how they liked their director of football until the owner went data led.

I think if it were the second leg and we had a strong chance of progressing, there would be more demand. But this is the first leg of a midweek game, right after Christmas, against a team that hammered us a few weeks ago. Confidence in the team isn’t exactly at an all-time high right now. Even if we win, there's no guarantee we'll complete the job at Anfield- it's not like a one-off match to win to go through to the final.

Apologies, I know this has been mentioned before regarding the ticket availability for tomorrow night, the majority of seats in the top tier of the North Stand are still unsold.

Had a look on the official ticketing site and images like below are replicated block by block with rows of available seats in green. Even priced at £10 for kids and £37 for adults. View attachment 149936
Wow that is pretty startling isn't it?! Says so much about where the fan base is now. Playing against probably the best team in Europe at home in a cup semi final,.we have to allow ST holders to be able to buy for guests and we still aren't getting near to selling it out.

Wonder if it will be noticeable on TV that there are a lot of empty seats. Be great if it was and that the commentators pick up on it. It won't achieve anything but anything that makes board squirm a little is fine by me

There is much more to be embarrassed about than empty seats at the moment!

It’s a fucking ball ache getting to and from stadium on a week night to watch a team missing 10 first teamer’s maybe a factor behind ticket sales.

It’s most definitely getting caught on by other fans as a big discussion point. One of my colleagues at work is a Sheffield Wednesday season ticket holder and was saying exactly the same thing with our stadium and the pricing in general. Also admitted it’s become a thing for non Spurs fans to have the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on their bucket list to visit even if their team isn’t involved.

We'll probably get other fans holding protests for us at this rate, given the incredible lack of action amongst our own apathetic fanbase.

This is what happens when people openly chastise hooligans.

utter woke nonsense.

bring back firms in to the mainstream i say.

:cautious:
Stream the tear ups live on the internet. But they won’t coz of the woke nonsense.

I reckon if they had a league table of all the firms we’d be higher than 12th. Might even be in with a shout of winning something. COYS.

If ticket prices were pegged to a club's finish in the previous season's league table, Levy might have an incentive to invest in some decent players. Charging such high prices for such mediocre/poor football is criminal.

Top 3 in the country mate and we wouldn't be second or third.

all that built up aggression of our recent poor performances and i reckon we'd be in the European straightners league next season letting hands go against the finest in Europe.

but alas the utter woke nonsense wins and we get the pleasure of dopey Geordie bints celebrating in our South stand.

the game is gone.

It's a 62k stadium and there are plenty of home fans. A lot of them are just not making the noise now. You get the Park Lane chants and about 6 people sing Shelf side ones. I don't think the issue is lack of home fans, I think it's lack of belief now in the team. Too long under Levy ultimately. I genuinely believe it's why we never get any pressure on him in numbers. Most of the fanbase are defeated or deflated by it all now. That's the sense I've felt when I go to games. Plenty of fans around me just not singing. The tourist and away fans only occupy a small percentage, there's plenty of home fans about to make noise. Park Lane is generally the one making noise I guess mostly ST holders sat there but they do seem to be the ones trying.

The club seem to have completely snubbed or, at least, disenfranchised all supporters groups working towards getting the old base of fans from The Shelf etc into similar areas of the stadium.

Seen her on that fan programme before and she always came out with good points. I thought she was a Liverpool fan for some reason but apparently not.

There won’t be any empty seats. Scousers can by a membership and get a ticket so there will just be thousands of them in the home ends. Hopefully the club have put something in place to stop them being able to sign up as members.
